Soft vegan banana bread recipe!
Eggless, dairy free and refined sugar free 🌱
INGREDIENTS
3 Very ripe bananas 303g
1/2 CUP Raw cane sugar 100g
3 TBSP Organic coconut oil
1/2 TSP Pure vanilla extract
1/4 CUP Unsweetened soy milk 55g
1/4 TSP Cinnamon powder
Pinch Nutmeg powder , optional

1 CUP Wholemeal wheat flour 125g
1 CUP All purpose flour (Plain flour) 125g
1.5 TSP Baking powder
1/2 TSP Baking soda
Pinch Salt
1/3 CUP Walnut, chopped 30g
1 Banana for topping
* Wrap leftovers in plastic wrap and store at room temperature for 2-3 days or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
