I am actually not at all talkative so I just let people speak and only reply when necessary. Almost 90% of the people I meet are impressed with me in the first time and always eager to meet later.

Not being too affected or excited by the presence of the opposite gender. Doing what they consider 'right' and not caring too much about other's opinions. Living happily and not complaining too much about life.

Best book ever written on this subject is How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. Excellent read and best way to be a great conversationalist. Hint = it all starts and ends with being a great listener which for most people is much harder than it should be.
