Hello!! I just want to share my experience so far in my training. I’m currently on my Voice Build Program (Training) in a BPO company here in the Philippines. I passed the interview but I am not yet hired. So, they put me in a 4 week program where in they will determine if I am capable for the job. It’s just my 1st week. But, so far I can already tell that I have a lot of improvements. It helped me a lot with my accent because we focused on accent neutralisation this week. I even got some good feedbacks with my trainer even though I was not that good in English. My tip is just be confident with the way you speak and watch this video because this will help you a lot, just like what it did to me. Thank you for this video, ma’am!! Hi Ms. Rea! I just want to thank you for making this video/ for making call center related videos. I'm on my 3rd week of training for Comcast- Tech Support and all I can say is, it has been a very difficult journey for me since the first day of my training. I'm having a hard time understanding all of the things that we've studied in our class, specially we handle billing in our class and it's really difficult that's why most of the time I felt that this job may not be really for me, I lost my confidence because I feel like I'm very slow at learning all about billing, I also feel anxious when there's an incoming assessment, I worry that I won't do the right thing and that I will not pass the training. I don't want to quit but my self esteem has become so low right now :( I just want my negative thoughts to go away, i know that if I keep on letting my anxiety corrupt my mind it will really affect me and my performance. I'm glad that I subscribed to you and that I watched this video. On Monday, I will try to stay confident, thank you once again, Ms. Rea.

tnx for the tips on how to pass in call center training. in my point of view in life except think positive,decisive the most important in my life is wholehearted. wholehearted is a positive also it means if someone has a courageous such as converse to somebody who has know english to communicate even though personal or over the phone in actual calls. i don't want to think the uncertain or other negative things it won't helpful. i will pass this kind of training and my only point of view is wholehearted nothing else. 😊

My training will start on Thursday, im a newbie po. Actually kakahire ko lang ulit kasi umalis po ako dun sa isang call center company na pinagttraininingan ko last December. I was afraid na hindi makapasa sa training because everybody says mahirap daw yung acct ko which is Telco acct. I applied again sa ibang company right after ko umalis sa company na yun then fortunately na-hire nanaman ako and yung acount ko now is the same account na inayawan ko. Btw, they do not know na nakapagtraining na ako sa naunang call center company. Maybe yun talaga yung para sakin. I hope i will pass the training! Tomorrow's the first day of my training. To be honest, jitter bugs are eating me out. I've no call center experience and I'm already feeling small thinking that I'll be in the same team with trainees who are tenured. I'm afraid that I won't be at par with their skills. I'm afraid of being left behind. I hate this feeling. Even though I received compliments during the hiring process about my communication skills, I fear that my technical and navigational skills will be the death of me. I just know the basics and I type words in an average manner. I... I... I don't know, I hope that I'll be able to make it. I don't wanna get terminated. I wanna do well. Sigh....
Gambate! Tips ko lang is to not compare yourself to experienced ones coz just like you've said, they are pro's. Just believe in your self and believe God will make a way to whatever hardships you've been on.

I once so was nervous about the tests that my trainer told me to go play Mario Kart (it was Nintendo training almost 10 years ago) I was one of the people who got it but it's still nerve wracking. I aced it btw
I just got hired by one of the bpo companies here in Cebu and today is the 1st day of my training I'm nervous because my communication skill is not that good yet but I'm always practicing them to improve. And I hope will survive throughout this training process.
