dude i searched for info on this for several months.. i finally figured it out and its simple. for the bottom rails all you gotta do is open the door and start from one end... i found that the door handle side was easiest. pull straight up on it. it will slowly come up and then work ur way down. go slow so you don't bend it too much. bottom rails are super easy to get out and for the longest i thought i was gonna break them every time i tried it but you wont. for the top rails.. its a different story. make sure you release the weather stripping on the front and back of the doors so they are free. also make sure the windows are down. you will have to start at one end.. again, the door handle side was easiest. same concept, pull up, but go slow. you will be able to pull the rails out but you gotta know that the weather stripping for all the rails will come with it. no way around that bc the rails are crimped to the stripping. on the top rails the weather stripping goes all the way down where the windows is when its rolled down. it slides out pretty easy but its a struggle to get back in. i used some lubrication to slide them back in. feel free to message me if you have any questions. this comment is getting beyond long, but i stumbled across it and had to help you out bc like i said, i spent forever trying to figure it out.
