But unfortunately, I’m not getting any lights on my start or cancel button or some of the other buttons even though I’ve unplugged it several times I guess the control board is screwed
I can't reset mine. It keep blinking "Clean" and making sounds like it's cleaning itself. But it's been hours now. Any advice? I can't unplug it since it's connected to the house and not to an outlet.
@@karendiflorio2897 I had to remove the bottom plastic drain tray and pour the water in the sink. Turn the breaker OFF for the washer and then remove two screws from the bottom to get to the drain tray. Very simple. There's a video tutorial on it as well.
@@hameedwafaAFG thanks a ton for replying. Here's what mine is doing. There is power, I'm am able to start the drain cycle by pressing cancel. It heats up, water fills fine. The float also works, it's not stuck. When I start a cycle, I feel it heating up and filling with water. However the circulation doesn't seem to be activating. Diag mode (normal, heat scrub method) lights up all the lights but doesn't show me any codes. I'm thinking it might be the circulation pump motor? Any tips before I pull the thing out and try to test the motor? Cheers
@@a2mann2 I would say check from bottom to make sure wire going to wash pump is not loose , also check the wires under the door for breakage , if everything seems ok pull the wash motor out and check for obstruction, there might be something stuck in there , make sure power is off ✌️
@@hameedwafaAFG ok will do thanks. I cleaned out the filter and crusher area, some garbage there but not enough to stop the motor from spinning. Will check under it next and take he door off to look for bad wiring is there any way to put this in diag mode so I can listen for the motor starting or something? thanks
@@a2mann2 yes the way I reset it , if you try to reset it and let it set there without touching anything it would go thru components test and it will run each component one by one for couple of seconds . Unless you have tech sheet to see which click means which component. I do not have full access right now because I don’t work today 😅
