How do you fill I-864 ? Do you take print of the form, fill it by hand, sign it and Scan it and then upload it?

I already replaced the document but am wondering how long will it take for this replaced document to be reviewed? Perhaps, same as the first time? I received message from NVC to upload every 2023-w2, 1099, schedule form. The schedule form they are talking about is it all 1040 form of 2023 only right? For 1099 where should I get it? I don’t have a business or house.

I was asked to submit i864a for the joint sponsor’s household member at the interview, however I can’t find the option to add the household member for the joint sponsor, in this scenario should I just upload the required documents in the section of joint sponsor’s additional document?

If I don't have the transcript and I have to upload the 1099 and the 1040 but the 1040 file is almost 9 MB how do I reduce it to 2 MB. After compressing it only reduces to 8 MB. The 1040 has 13 pages because of the Schedules. And another question is, do I need to upload the 1099 and the 1040 all together as one document? Because that would be a bigger file.

Because I am the only one who received the Welcome Letter from the NVC, and when I checked CEAC, only my name was listed. Will my child also receive their own NVC Welcome Letter and CEAC account?

For an F4 immigrant visa, we uploaded docs about three years ago and we're just getting the visa interview. Lots of things have changed since then, like the sponsor's household member does not want to part of the case and we're also changing joint sponsor. The place to add joint sponsor in CEAC portal has been closed. The only place available to upload docs is the under the additional docs tab. How we make these changes? If anyone has done this, please share. Thanks

Hi Kseniya, pls I submitted my i864 and citizen as the petitioner and it was submitted. It got approved in like 30minutes but they requested proof of domicile and tax papers. The status showed incomplete so I went ahead and uploaded the requested documents but it’s not submitting it hence I clicked submit documents. It shows two of the first as submitted and the 2 second not submitted. I keep trying but I don’t know what hats going on. Do they have to approve that also before I submit? Please I would really appreciate your response.

His I-130 petition got approved just last month May 2024 and after that i paid all the fees and also i already submitted the affidavit of support and civil documents.
