Yea not all the episodes in the last season worked but this one is right up there with the all time best.

Something I love about Peep Show is that the internal monologue usually dispells the awkward for the audience. I don't like cringe humor but the way the show punctuate the awkward and delivers a punchline instead of just a cringy feeling is so fucking brilliant.

Have to agree, I think this scene and when they started touching feet under the table was the most I'd laughed at any episode. Don't get me wrong there's comedy gold throughout every season but this scene is full on belly laugh out loud.
