Kinder Joy is split into two different compartments, one with a toy and one with a chocolate/biscuit treat. Kinder surprise is a chocolate egg with a yellow container inside that contains a toy.

The kinder eggs at the grocery stores are called Kinder Egg Joy and they have this weird cream inside that you eat with a tiny spoon that is in the packaging. It is weird. I found authentic kinder eggs with the toy inside on amazon about a year ago, but I just checked and they only have Kinder Joy now. It isn't the same thing sadly.

Im not american but if you look it up kinder egg suprises are banned in the USA for most states canada isn't a part of america so it makes sense to have them there though

@@clarkdog7091 No, you had the thing they came up with to get around american laws about having toys in food. Kinder egg is a hollow milk chocolate egg with a toy inside. Americans get the cream and ball thing with half the container is the toy.

They arent built different. They are Kinder Joy and kind of gross. England has them too. I want them to bring Kinder Surprise here and package it like the Wonder Ball. Put the surprise on the side instead of inside the egg.

No, have you ever gotten a Kinder egg? What he has are the original Kinder Eggs, just a toy wrapped in two layers of chocolate. In America kids were choking on the yellow part of the plastic in the video (this really shows that us americans have problems, like what kid would think that, we really need to reflect), and so now that version is banned, The kinder company was losing money as American sales & revenue was a big part of their business, so they had to regard in American, and recharge the whole thing. Now, the chocolate and toy are in two separate half’s of the egg, the chocolate part is half creamy white chocolate and half creamy dark chocolate (they had to make it soft chocolate instead of hard so it wouldn’t look like “plastic”), and they added hazelnut wafers inside. On the other side, they added a toy, with on the back of the instructions a warning, and the toy side is covered in plastic that you have to peel back, to really show that “it is not edible”. It’s quite sad they had to do this actually.

@@HateMysto because they know they can get away with it? maybe its an altered version for the US? maybe different states have different laws or maybe some states enforce it and some don't? I'm assuming its your country so maybe you can answer, definitely not my country. just what I've heard and looked into online I had someone ask me to send them in the mail like 5 years ago so that's when I looked into it. I thought maybe the law had changed but a quick google search said it hadn't so that's what I went with.
