In this video I share my visit to the Hemet CDJR dealership who responded to a customer on Instagram with an extrememely rude "STFU" response and discussed the changes they've made.
Great video bro, keep up the good work! Yeah of course they would be uncomfortable with that comment but oh well. Tons of dealership say that come talk to me then they still try to hustle you. Funny that superbee charger sitting in the same spot when I was there 🤣😂 But awesome 👏🏽 video God Bless keep up the good work! 🤝🏽 💯
Stelantis is killing Dodge and Chrysler... It's a European based company now. I'm a life long MOPAR fan, owned numerous Dodge/Chrysler cars since the 80's. The Dodge Viper is my favorite car of all time.. I would be troubled to by a Dodge/Chrysler anything today now the Luigi and Pierre own the trademark.😢
That sales manager is cocky . When he said everyone that walks in that door says Hi to me. That is B/S. He knows who wrote that on the website. He just isn't going to own up to it. Wouldn't put it past him he is that one that wrote it. Just by his attitude that way he talked about it. I believe the mark up on this cars are wrong 100%.
Yep. He should bury them rather than go lick their boots some more. That wasn't a confrontation at all. The sales guy even says "well if you want to make a mountain out of it you can" he wasn't joking. he was being cocky saying bring it on.
This sales manager is doing his best to get rid of him as fast as possible. You can definitely tell he is very annoyed for being put on camera and having to answer for STFU.
He puts ridiculous prices and high interest loans on ppls checking accounts is what he does. The car market is crashing hard w repos rn and the end is nowhere in sight
Sooooo where’s Sergio? He was scared and hid behind his desk 😱 shivering! This dealership is full of 💩! They know dam well who said it! Bunch of whimpy liars.
Ontario, CA dodge salesman got pretty upset when I asked him if the hornet was struggling to sell after that he didn’t care about making a sale🤣 these dealerships are hurting and getting hostile
“If you want to make a mountain out of it have at it”. That right there tells you everything you need to know about how they feel about their customers. Personally I’ll NEVER step foot in that dealership, idc what they’re selling they can shove those cars where the sun don’t shine.
Worst dealership ever. The wife wanted a challenger scat pack. We setup an appointment to see one. As we are pulling up we catch them moving the car to the back. Then they give us a bs story that the car was no longer available and tried to push a wide body on us. We just said forget it and left.
Hemet Is Dog Doo Doo. They are Liars they list cars with features that aren't even on the cars listed. I had $35k in my pocket ready to spend but they wouldn't call me back because they knew their ads are counterfeit.
"That's what the market is right now..." You could make that claim if you didn't have such an enormous surplus. You can't sell them because the actual market doesn't reflect.
Hemet is extremely greedy they offered me a wide body sublime scat pack with a $18,000 mark up and had the nerve to lie and say hurry up and get it because 2 other people are coming to buy it.
This dealer made it sound like it was no big deal. If I was the guy in charge ,I would have brought Oc Motivator in front of the camera and said this was the guy and he no longer works here. This dealer had the chance to make a good impression to the public but decided to sweep it under the rug. Now I have more negativity against that dealership. OcMotivator gave them such a chance and notthing but talking about other stuff was the way to go. Let those cars pile up
Whats even more hilarious us when they realize society won't be buying their paperweight ev hunks of shid ...they are overexpensive throw aways...no one in 18 years will be restoring a tesla plaid...itll be nigh impossible for the home motor head to even do let alone simply the battery packs will be the 1 huge reason why there will be none at classic car shows
@@Oliver-ft2fq Its a fact. Dodge is for ghetto people and "the hood". I would never own a Dodge product. They are cop magnets and get stolen more than any other brand.
Thanks. Initially I thought Holy Crap We might see some action if you find Sergio.lol. But Hemet did the right thing by not sending him out. Good job on having the testi's to go there. Nothing much was said but they did address the issue. The manager Almost sounded like a politician with his answer. Thanks Brad. Stay safe Brother.
Love your content Curios, at this moment what would u pay for a TA 392 or Shaker 392 WB Auto Figure a sticker of 58-61k Should I try to go UNDER sticker as these cars as you know have been sitting
2020 I was looking for a new work truck. I was in contact with a dealer from Hemet but he wouldn't give me a price over the phone, (I'm 4 hours away...) Finally got it out of him the "good deal" was fully dependent on a bunch of rebates that I no way qualified for. Ended up going to Clovis and was treated awesome with 0 BS... (Guy even sent me a selfie vid of him next to the truck I was after proving he had it and was looking 4ward to seeing me on Saturday.) That personal touch was super cool!
The real world problem is no matter how low they drop the prices at this time the interest rate is too high! I would tell anyone and everyone now is not the time to purchase any car! Wait for lower price and 0 percent then it's worth making a deal, they have made way to much money on all of us.
Those cars will be drying out in that hot Cali sun until they have lot rot. Good luck to that Mgr. holding on trying to make a buck with those mark ups. Per CarEdge: Stellantis appears to be in serious trouble. CDJR brands just can’t seem to sell cars like they used to. Stellantis has led the list of slowest-selling cars for months on end.
I took my jeep to my nearest dodge/jeep dealer for a recall service in February. while I was waiting for my lyft, I was looking at the new cars on the lot. I mostly say chargers and different types of jeeps. I started starring at the paint jobs. I have never seen so many brand new cars with new factory paint jobs with so much orange peel. now the orange peel didn't look like it was on the clear coat, but you would stare good at it you will see the imperfections in the paint job.
I noticed that as well, going back even to the 2022 Chargers and Challengers. It used to be that the orange peel appearance was something you only saw when a car had been painted at an auto body shop. It shouldn't be seen on a brand new car on a dealership lot.
@OCMotivator : Great content ! Got personally benefitted from your valuable advice. Getting my first MOPAR - 2023 Swinger f8 green challenger priced at 58k (9k below MSRP). What do you think about this deal ?
Wassup OC I JUST visited a dodge dealer out in houston and spoke to a sales person about these chargers and challengers potentially dropping in price towards the end of the year. He informed me that dealers are starting to actually drive the cars themselves to put about 400-500 miles on the odometer so they can sell the cars as USED . This is strange to me. And also I’ve never heard of anything like it. Being only 27 I may not have enough experience buying cars to know about this but what do you think ? Is this strange ? Have you encountered this before ? It amazes me dealers would rather run the miles up themselves and sell the cars as used then to give us great deals on brand new cars . THANKS OC
Jeez........that place has crooks written all over it! They are trying to get over 90 grand for a Super Bee Dodge Charger?????????? GTFOH. They have not figured out that marking up a price tag is going to drive business away. I got my '23 Chrysler 300C SRT car for a little over 1/2 that price end of December. It is 10 times the car, and has the exact same drivetrain and suspension in it as the Charger Scat Packs and such. My Chrysler will be able to hold a better value since there were only 2000 made for sale in 2023 in the US, and 200 for Canada. This dealership is definitely a stealership. I'd not give them the time of day.
Fantastic video. Still waiting for the Charger scat packs to come down. I’ve been watching one car in a dealership in NC for 5 months. The price has remained. The closer they get to the end of the year, they’re gonna have to blow these things out. I feel bad for the sales people. Stelantis needs a reality check….. still say as an incentive they need to just throw in a Hornet for free. I still can’t believe they put the Hornet name on an Alfa Romeo…….
RE: Price transparecny. There is a CDJR dealership in my area advertisting vehicles at seemingly good prices on major car internet sites but in the fine print it says the price is after a $2K down payment. The car internet sites will rate it as a 'great price' based on the price that is $2K lower. Seems misleading.
I bought a brand new Ram 1500 Classic single cab, long bed Hemi to commute to my office job. Why? Because with the incentives, it was cheaper than a Honda Civic or a Toyota Corolla and is more fun to drive than both. Crazy world.
It’s not any of my business whatsoever, but do you mind me asking what your OTD price was? I’m in the market for one in south Texas and just trying to compare prices. Thanks in advance.
When you go to sell, or trade in the Ram your will wish you had the Civic, or Corolla. Or if you want to keep it long term those two are way better options.
Buying a brand new car makes zero financial sense... unless you plan on keeping it for a long time. If you just want to get on the car payment treadmill of buying and trading every other year, lease. Your net cost will be cheaper in the short term.
Interesting video. In 2021 I contacted them to buy a TRX and they showed neither transparency nor consistency with their pricing so I went elsewhere. It was further away in another county but it ended up saving money and hassle.
Shoppers are NOW shopping. If they are over, they will not sell cars to folks. Dodge may not be around in 3-5 years if they do not get their act together.
I went 2 years ago and spent 5 hours there. They tried to rip me off with all those add ons and ended up telling that maybe that truck I wanted was lil to much for me and could not afford it. Had a very bad experience
Can you please make a video to worn folks about Lot Rot. On how all them cars just sitting on those lots and other storage yards will start breaking down on the yard like the tires sitting in 1 spot not moving and hoses dry rotting, etc... More problems will arise if they keep holding on to their vehicles instead of selling them.
Really doesn’t matter where you buy in the IE right now . I just bought a car from Moss Bross Moreno Valley and the manger and lady that deals with the financing was liers and tried to rewrite the contract after re agreed on certain things . Best thing to do is find repos at the auction where you able to buy them for cents on the dollar .
Making you come down to the dealer increases their probability of a sale by 50%, getting you to sit down in the dealership, increases their probability by another 50%. It’s all about manipulation.
I bought a Ram when they came out with the new body style. When I went to get the wheels rotated, one lug was stripped. I took it to the dealership and they wouldn't replace the lug for free. They lost a customer over a $8 part. They didn't believe me and were upset that I took it somewhere else to rotate the tires. I even talked to the manager and he said they would send me a check for the cost. I never got the check. I haven't bought a new care since. I'll stick with used.
You're funny dude. Great vid and awesome car. I was looking at a four door srt8 and was floored how much they wanted. While getting my annual maintenance done on my xc90 thry had a 300c srt8 buried in the back. I got a better deal there. It was funny as they weren't even that interested in putting out front. It was like an afterthought for them. I wont buy another Volvo due to their unreliability, but id get a dodge or Chrysler from them instead of at a Dodge dealership.
