Besides DT, I don't believe I've ever had the misfortune of listening to someone with a bigger ego than yours. Narcissism is something that definitely describes your personality. A piece of advice; as I come from a family of Chrysler employees, including myself (with numerous die-hard Mopar friend fanatics), PLEASE stick with your self-proclaimed real estate expertise and leave the Mopar community alone. Take your piece of crap Ford (that imitation cop car), and that foreign piece of s**t and stick them you know where. From our research, as long as you've had this channel, your views are dismal, and your subscriber base is pitiful as well. That should be telling you something. As I've restrained myself from commenting on any of your prior podcasts, I decided I'd had enough and would air my opinion(s). Maybe you can call Tina Cuntiskas since you are such good friends and get the low down on his untimely retirement as well as any problems you will most likely experience with that rebadged Italian made Alfa Romeo you just purchased. We've also noticed that you have no problem patting yourself on the back when the occasion arises, bragging about all your amazing predictions and sound financial advice that you give others. Must be a pain being so much in demand. How does your family feel about sharing you with so many? Since this is my first and will be my only comment on any of your channels, please feel free to block me. I may cry for a few days, but I'm sure I'll eventually get over it.

I was saying the same thing when I heard this "retirement" bs..... they definitely pushed him out....stellatis just wants the jeep and ram technologies.....they want dodge dead....they hate real cars....and I fear they are gonna go after jeep next.....they are definitely making sure to raise the living shit out of everything just to say we need a change....I really think stellatis has gaslighted the car industry.....I been a parts professional for mopar since I was 19, I'm 36 now and I can say that this is the worst leadership since mercedes try to kill us off back in 07, chrysler made the ME Four-Twelve in 2004 with an AMG motor and mercedes said "you can't be better than us", then the recession happen in 08.....history is repeated here in a different manner they hate the loyalty the dodge brand has created and want it to die....I'm my opinion at least, Stellatis is garbage.

What if this was the plan all along? Mandate junk EV's that no one wants, cost AMERICAN auto makers billions of dollars to manufacture them, fine them for making ICE cars, impose the crap carbon credit scam that cost them more billions of dollars, pass this expense on to the consumer in the form of increased MSRP and TANK the American auto industry by making these cars unaffordable, etc., ...so that China can come along and buy them out for cheap and ultimately creating a monopoly for auto manufacturing. I can foresee that if this happens they will use this position to eliminate the ICE - they control auto production and you won't be able to buy anything other than what they decide to manufacture. I think you are possibly delusional if you think China's motives are ethical. There's a reason governors are prohibiting Chinese companies from purchasing land in their states. Destroying American auto manufacturing is a national security threat. FJB, F EPA and F U if you voted for him.

I read an article that Stellantis already has people in place since Tim is retiring (Fired) Stellantis is doing kinda what Mercedes did when Chrysler and Mercedes merged in 98. Mercedes fired lots of Chrysler employees and replaced them with their own or hired outside companies to replace the people they fired. Cheaper. Tim and his team did a lot of great work bringing us the Challenger back. Charger (4 door) many great engines. Stellantis is a European car manufacturer that is going to bring us an electric car whether we want it or not because Europe says they have to in Europe. I’ve read several articles stating Stellantis is tired of paying millions in fines on the Hemi engines because they don’t meet EPA, Carb and CAFE standards. Hence electric, Hybrid Electric and small turbo charged engines. I hope Tim ends up with another car company that isn’t afraid t make some cool vehicles.

Stellantis is WAY more focused on Alfa and Fiat than they are CDJR and if anything are basically using them as a springboard to take advantage of the names of the companies. They are using those names outside the US to promote their junk to people who think they are getting an American vehicle and inside the US to sell their stuff because they know nobody in the US wants a Fiat or Alfa. They did it for years with Fiats being rebadged as Jeeps, Rams, and Dodges but never did it with any of the American or Canadian built vehicles. I also suspect that Stellantis may pull the plug on the Hemi completely on the Ram side of things and try to shove the Hurricane into the HD trucks. If they do Kuniskis probably already knows the fallout that will follow once those trucks start blowing up (some of the 1500s are already having serious issues and haven't even hit the ground properly yet), and he doesn't want to be anywhere near the explosion when it happens.

Between impossible government regulations and foreign control with their head up their rear ends Tim was an impossible position. When my Grandfather San Ogle, at 27 years old the youngest person in our country's history to own a major car dealership (Chrysler) had his dealership license taken from him by the Obama administration because he donated money to Republican candidates, I watched my Grandfather cry. I was the biggest Mopar fan there ever was, a gearhead from the cradle, and something inside of me died. I gave up on car culture and everything car related for 7 years. I got back into it in 2015. I have a small understanding of what Tim is going through right now, and if I could work for him I would quit my job, even if I had to work for free. I hope he is not done with cars. God bless you Tim, thanks for what you gave us, and for all the undeserved grief you took with a smile.

Tesla should buy back Dodge and hire Tim! With the environmental credits they have, they can build whatever the hell they want. Bring back the 2018-2019 prices, and they will regain the muscle car community. Just my opinion.

The government should seize cdjr from Stellantis for national security: we need to maintain vehicle production in North America in case of war. I thought that was why they saved Chrysler from bankruptcy in the 80’s. Also thank you Mr K

Initially, I somewhat blamed Tim when all of this crap started. I was irked. Thought he had just sold out on the EV crap. I no longer feel that way. It couldn't be more clearly NOT his fault, at this point. Stellantis has turned out to be a pure dog shit company. It's disgusting and sad. I've loved dodge since I was a child. They've always been my favorite brand. I even had a damn K car! A used dodge spirit. My first "real" car, where everything friggin' worked and it was fairly modern. Loved the old school mopar cars. Fell in love with the viper as a teen in the 90's. Even wanted a dodge intrepid and a neon srt-4. Dodge had ALL the cool cars, as I was growing up. Very few other brands came close, in very limited fashion. I Spent 14 years - since day one of the modern challenger launch - dreaming of the day I'd finally get my own. Can't believe I finally got it in 2021 and here we are, in 2024 and the future of this brand I really love is so bleak. That's if there even IS a future. All Ruined by corporate and govt. BS and a prideful, tone-deaf foreign conglomerate leader. It actually kinda hurts. Thanks, Tim, for being a part of making these amazing cars a reality for so many of us.

IMO, Dodge kinda lost its way a little bit and focused too much on Hellcats and Demon's, etc. They could have most likely kept selling those today, even if it were in a limited run and maybe scaled back a bit because of EPA regulations. They put all of their eggs into one basket and it worked, until it didn't. My guess is that Stellantis got sick and tired of paying huge CAFE fines because Dodge just made gas guzzling V8 cars. I know you all hate the Hornet but it should have existed a couple years ago and there should have been a better push to make other vehicles hybrids along side a new V8 Charger and Challenger. Like a Hybrid Durango, possibly even a new EV Durango. Hell, even make the new Charger both a hybrid and even an EV, offer a V8 option too to keep those folks happy even if it were in a scaled down package. But they didn't do this and now they're Fk'ed and they have nothing but EV's and Hybrids and have totally pissed off the Dodge community. Dodge could have survived selling both Hellcat Dodge Chargers and Challengers along side a Hornet, or a new Durango that is a hybrid, possibly even a sporty mid-sized hybrid Dodge vehicle. This is the way it was before and they slowly killed off those vehicles and just went straight HEMI V8. Dodge was doing well during that era too. Pentastar sales weren't enough to offset what they were selling for all the V8 powered Chargers and Challengers. This is also why I think the prices of the V8 Chargers and Challengers skyrocketed over the years....CAFE fines. Stellantis I bet wanted to make the customer offset some of the cost of purchasing CAFE credits from companies like Tesla. I bet also to the dismay of Tim K. I was not sustainable for Dodge to keep going down the road it was going...not in this era. They needed to do other things along side keeping V8 vehicles to keep the EPA happy. This is why Ford still has a V8 Mustang. They have other vehicles to offset the V8's poor emissions and fuel economy. You may hate the Escape Hybrid, or the F150 Lightning, but it's those vehicles that make it possible for Ford to maintain a V8 vehicle in their lineup. They did it right. Perhaps Tim wanted to do some of this stuff and got told no we're just gonna go straight EV only in the future. Either way it sucks Tim is gone. He did great things for Dodge and I hope he can find a happier place in the future.

Happens all the time in my O&G corporate job. Executives will “retire” but in reality they were probably given a choice to “retire” or just be let go. CDJR failures has nothing to do with Tim, it has to do with being owned by a European country that thinks they can dictate what Americans want and doesn’t listen to the North American leadership. We aren’t Europe, we don’t was EVs or ultra fuel efficient cars.

Let me repeat something I've said many times already. For a whole lot of people driving is a passion as are the cars THEY choose to drive. You CANNOT TELL a car enthusiast what he or she has to drive. Personally, I have nothing against electric cars but offering them as a replacement to ICE'S rather than an alternative product was a huge mistake! Now I love Tim Kuniskis and what he has done for the Dodge performance brand. And as bad as it makes me feel to have to say the slightest thing negative about him, I just can't ignore nor get past the fact that he DID try to sell this beyond just an alternative. So the truth is Tim has a little Dodge blood from it's wounds on his hands. I will not begin to speculate why Tim is leaving. But I think the evidence is clear that he played a role in Dodge's current state of affairs, even if only through complicity and then making that compliance public. Don't pee on me then tell me it's raining. I hate to see Tim go, but I wish he had stood a little stronger for those of us who love the IC Dodge performance brand... But he did not! Just keepin it real.

For sure he did. But these big companies do a great job and making you play along for the huge paycheck but ultimately it becomes too hard to play along and the money isn’t worth it. And that’s what I bet happened here. I played along in my last company pushing against them hoping they’d wake up a stop the insanity and finally I couldn’t do it another day and left. I bet Tim has been banging on them non stop and finally they said get on board or take a fat severance and tell everyone you’re retiring or we will fire you. Seen it too many times.

Even with $18,000 of that number and $5,000 cash down he will never get bought on his own at the moment. Also his interest rate will be in the teens giving him a 60 month payment above $800 so he must start with a lower cost used vehicle probably $20,000 maximum with $5,000 down and build some car credit history.
