And with the family petition if you've overstayed your visa can your family member petition for you in the states to change status/get the green card or you'll have to go to your native/home country to do the process?

If you apply for the advanced parole or travel document how long does it take before you receive it and also can it be expedited? Can you also travel while waiting or will there be the 10 year bar? 3 year or 10 year bar still exist?

Bothering you once again. It's I 130 since 2019 August now in NVC since long . NVC keep asking us to submit the assets proof (though we didn't mentioned any assets in his affidavit of support except total income) What we did mention is my mom's in law assets and proof she was our joint sponsor initially but then NVC directed us to list her household member instead of joint sponsor. We are lost what should we do now it's been really long time and we desperately needs to be together please give us some advice Everything else is ACCEPTED it's this one thing they are asking us

Thank you for this! I'm stuck in no man's land. Denied and waiting on my NTA. Reason was USCIS did not believe my 1st marriage (that was VAWA approved) was legitimate. That was in 2011, got married again 4 years ago, and they said they believe this one is legitimate but are denying me based on the 1st one. I'm so tired of this fight, the disappointment, the expense, the distance from family. My NTA is still outstanding 2 years later. I've been here 26 years, both my hubby and daughter are Americans. I now can't drive or get a work permit. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Is there any hope for me?

@@GrayLawTV I am a petitioner for a family based petition and they have delayed our timeline 8 times since we applied last summer. So it appears USCIS purposely delayed family based visas to give them to Employment based visas. USCIS has systematically separated families.

Hey Gray, We’re currently at NVC stage and i have only 2021 tax return (the latest year) as required by NVC exceeding the minimum income and I’m still working to date but i don’t have 3 years history is that a problem ? We submitted previous marriage termination certificate in July 2022. Till then no response from NVC. All other documents accepted by them. How long nvc take to review and update the status as DQ.

Hi, I have the same question how to find the year the embassy is setting an interview? I'm a permanent resident who applied to my husband. PD 8/11/2019, DQ 10/18/2022. My case sends to Ethiopia. There is one group discussion about the interview date and another visa case on telegram. I ask the same question to this group. They said I have to wait for 18 months to get an IL. It is unfair waiting to get to IL.

Over the past two years I was interested in relocating Aboard, I did a survey between, Australia, Canada and UK, I wanted to know which one would suite me as an immigrant, after the survey I decided to relocate to Canada, it became my primary aim , I set out to start my immigration process, I did my first Application it was not successful, I also did a job application it didn’t work out , I tried so many times and I was beginning to lose hope , luckily to me I called my sister living in Canada she referred me to a legit Agent , I tried the agent and it really worked out , am so grateful for your work sir mr Brooks!
