The reason is indians have weak meals , not eating healthy , vegetarian eat potatoes and dal and compete in track and field not possible , it needs lot of strength and genetics , indians genetics are weak , not good for tough games , If indians have good genetics , they would have not let Europeans to colonise and rule such big country and population by few white Caucasians , Anyway , indians need to bio engineering modification in DNA for future generation to produce healthy and fit strong people .....

World's greatest track and field athletes have always been of African descent. Which according to you means that they have good genetics, if that's the reason why did the get subjugate in the first place. Europe colonised the rest of the world because they had superior technology.
