In this video I give my answer to what happens to the INFJ during conflict. This does not apply to all INFJs or maybe I am the only one who goes through this. I hope it helps and remember this process can happen in short time periods or long and in this order or a different version of it.

You will lose time. Forget what day it is. Almost time will stop to measured by your mind but only by the light of the sun and by its absence. You will lose yourself in between each second of time. Almost finding that your inner feelings feel like time has stopped moving forward. Almost as if it is waiting for you to catch up or wake up. But you can’t for you have not moved to the next step in processing what is it has happened. Nothing you do can make it stop or different. That adds to the loneliness for you cannot ask for help. There is nobody to ask. Nobody will understand. This adds to the depression.
