Thrivers School is an interactive monthly membership where we meet LIVE on zoom and we do the inner work together!!!!
We have cognitive learning, Q & A's and Group Coaching.
We have Somatic Modalities like EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Breathwork Sessions
And starting in May/June we will have biofeedback sessions.
The goal of Thrivers is to help individuals that have been through emotional trauma to have a place where they can learn how to shed the side effects of trauma and learn how to reintegrate and regulate both mind and body so that they can live life as who they truly are instead of who the trauma forced them to be!!!
