Pangarap ko din na pag nagpatayo ako ng bahay someday of my own, I would be able to provide a very homey staff quarters. They are members of the family literally coz kasama natin sila sa bahay. Dapat makatao at mapagmahal sa kanila.

This type of house is sobrang napawow ako. The architect and the owner did not disregard the helpers. Unlike sa ibang malaking houses and mansions. Parang alila ang tingin nila sa staff. Dapat ganito talaga. Our helpers are like family too. Kudos architect!

Julia, Rhia, John, the other camera guy and the rest of the Presello team behind the scenes did a swell job with this episode's BYO. They really went in to show every detail of the house. I took note of the 3 major materials that really stuck with me: Teak Wood, Quartz and Onyx stones. Teak wood ages with character, Quartz is permium, elegant and easy to clean, Onyx is a stone that can be lit from behind and adds drama and character to it specially at nigh with less lighting from it's surroundings. I could imagine the onyx bar table when the room is dim and you have that lit up, you pour a glass of whiskey or any hard drink on your glass that is sitting on the onyx bar table, the way the light from the bar table would shine through your glass all the way up to the ceiling could look like the coolest thing you'll see in that room. I love the ceiling showers as well and huge shower heads. Taking a shower on one of those after a tiring day is just golden! I also love the floor to ceiling doors on almost all the doors in the house. It adds so much space going through every door consistent with the high ceiling. The staff quarters are so nice as well and it is obvious that the owners of the house really thought of their staff with keeping them comfortable. The pool is kid friendly and is absolutely stunning! Seeing houses like these keep me motivated to do everything to one day, own a house similar to these houses presented by Presello.

I think the intention of this house is to have all the members of the family together. The rooms feel more than just bedrooms. They look like units within a huge house. The rear side is my favorite, it accentuates the lovely view of the staircase and not to mention, very calming 🌿

I noticed heto na talaga ang aesthetic ng mga modern Filipino homes be it in a small house or in huge mansions. Interiors that could rival fancy boutique hotels. That's just the lot price, Ayala alabang is around 60k-75k per square meter. So 2,000sqm lot is around 150 Million na. Di pa kasali bahay, fixtures, etc.

The furnitures of the house was an art and the house was well design, the architecture of this house was appreciated they really do their work in elegant and brilliant way, i can't say how i was amazed i was, words can't describe it. credits to the owners as well.. all houses i've seen so far from presello or any other house tours, the staff quarters always is the most plainly and offhandedly done area.. but this one, the details and the premium feel from all other rooms is integrated to the staff quarters as well.. it shows, that they also want them to feel at home and not feel secluded.. mad respect!

One of the best estates I've seen! The view in the balcony is so beautiful. It's like you put Baguio in the metro! The facade looks like cabin in Baguio with the wood and glass accent. Also, definitely a plus for me for having all big rooms with en suite toilet and bath 😮. I'm very sure that this will be one of my fave presello house tours 🥰

To add: I'm living in Muntinlupa. The location of this estate is one of best for those who enjoy star gazing at night. There is little light pollution so you can enjoy meteor showers or simply dust of stars in the sky every night ✨✨✨. Imagine enjoying the view with this immaculate mansion surrounded by greeneries. Now that's a beautiful contemporary mansion, much, much praise to the architect and the design company he's in. It reminds me of several homes out on Belvedere Island in Northen Bay Area, California. Julia and crew probably one of the best homes you've reviewed, it's beautiful, massive, dynamic and they even gave the thought of the maid and driver services. The audio was not that bad but not terrible a mansion like this you'll get echoing, hi/low audio, and background noise. The noticeable part was on 30:03-30:12 black screen with vocal-only, not all reviews will be perfect but if you're going to sell or review homes of this caliber video and audio editing should be been close to perfect or perfect.

I am now dreaming!! During this Pandemic this house is everything, you will be entertained staying in this place no need to go out for unwinding. I am not huge house fan but this is an exception. ❤️❤️❤️

While taking break from a bunch of plates, I had to watch this Mansion and never doubt about anything that Presello is one of my inspiration to pursue become an Architect someday and wanted to work in their firm as well. A huge congrats Presello, this presentation gives me more ideas for me to apply in my future school works.

The best house i have seen in Presello. It is very classy, grand , majestic staircase, it is simply stunning. Super class ng bahay. Basta ang Ganda talaga ang kulang lang wala sya home theater room para perfect na talaga para sakin.
