That sounds great, I hope you enjoy it! I would have added onions to mine but sadly my wife does not like them. Which means that I rarely ever get to cook with onions 😢. Thanks for watching & supporting!
For more flavor, saute your kielbasa first in the instapot, pull it out and add some butter and a tad of oil to keep the butter from burning to deglaze the bottom and slightly saute your potatoes. Take them out once they have a slight Brown to them but still firm, then throw everything in and cook it
So glad I found this clip. I got an Instant Pot Duo Nova (3 qt) for my birthday last August. I unboxed it right away, put it on the cart in my kitchen and glanced it every day for the past several months. Finally got up the nerve to run the pressure test last night and all went well. I LOVE Kielbasa and Kraut and was thinking about doing the slow-cooker method since I bought a lid for it just for that purpose. Then I saw this clip and ended up buying the stuff to make this for dinner this week. Thank you! (a new subscriber)
That's awesome! I was unsure about my Instant Pot when it was given to me as a gift. I just had to jump right in and start using it. Now I love it & use it all the time. I will only make hard boiled eggs with an Instant Pot now. I'm glad you were able to find my video helpful. Thanks for watching & supporting!!
You can't beat a few mins to an awesome meal! I love everything you out in, so I know this came out amazing. Those potatoes just sucked up all that flavor 😍
It is amazing how fast a dish like this can be made and still taste good. Thanks for watching!!

Looks so delicious & simple :) I love a fast meal like this, awesome for the weekend. 👏😀I subscribed to you, looking forward for more delicious recipes. Stay connected.
Me too. I did find out the hard way on another meal that 2 hours in the Instant Pot is too much for kraut though. Just FYI in case you ever think about trying that.
Awesome recipe! I love sauerkraut with potatoes, so I am sure it would be great in this recipe. I still need to get an instapot, so thanks for showing a recipe idea. I am sure that you and your family loved it! 👍
The Instant Pot did make quick work of this meal and it did taste good. I'm still getting acquainted with the Pot but it is kind of fun so far. Thanks for watching 😃
I love my Ninja Foodi! Get the 8 quart, if you can. I'm disabled, so I like to batch cook stew, 14-bean soup, chili, homemade chicken soup (I add fine noodles when reheating as they only need a minute), and carnitas for dinner on my 'bad' days.
@ParnellTheChef it does! It's not a lot more effort 5o batch cook quantities and store them in the freezer, then pull one out to heat and eat when I'm in pain (herniated discs. Gotta feed the husband!
Canned or fresh made sauerkraut is better tasting the jarred and bag has a strong spice to it to me. I use red potatoes. I saute my kielbasa in the insta pot to brown them some adding a can or two of tomatoes makes it good also
That's one of the good things about this dish, there are endless ways to change it up and it still tastes good 👍. I normally saute my kielbasa first too, I think I got distracted with filming & forgot. Thanks for watching!
😊 I respectfully suggest that you brown your sliced sausage first, then add some sauerkrauf juice or water to deglaze, then the rest of your ingredients. You young folks can add more salt, but I think it would end up too salty.
I like this dish, but I'm not a fan of the consistency of the turkey sausage. The Instant Pot did a good job of cooking this and it was fast. Thanks for watching!!
I know, I know. My wife HATES onions so I never make it with them. Sometimes when filming a recipe I forget that I'm cooking for a broader audience. It is still good without them, but I hear you. Thanks for watching & commenting!
