Ok... Couple things... 1) it looks like you're filming in front of a green screen. The backdrop looks beautiful. 2) the quality of this video... peeeerfection! 3) girl... You motivate me. I've had a pretty rough (by rough I mean unmotivated/lazy) week and just haven't pushed myself to go to the gym. After watching this I'm like okay... Just do a HIIT ab workout at least!

I love the music you have for your videos! The playlists you have set up always wake me up in the morning. Thank you so so much Lacey! I definitely want to try to give as many variations as I can, just because everyone is at a different fitness level. I was doing some low-impact moves by the end of this! So the more options, the better, for everyone involved! :)

@@CatyCulp I completely agree with you! The more varieties equals more people that can get involved. Also, I did the same thing with switching to the lower impact, plus my Boston terrier was trying play with me during the workout and I am a goofball and almost twisted my ankle going into my squat somehow. I'm okay though 🤣 I am definitely gonna keep doing this exercise ❤💪 P.S.- thank you for the motivation!

This is my favorite workout video I’ve ever seen! As an endurance runner, running is about the only training I ever do or enjoy. But this workout was great, and the videography was so well done! Thanks so much!

Do u have like any advice for me because when I try to do a lunge with my left leg it’s really difficult and it hurts quite a lot. I’m thinking it’s because it’s my non dominant leg but I’m not sure lol. I need to learn how to do a lunge with my left leg because for volleyball we always do lunges for warm up but I can never do the left side.

Caty 🥕 I really really thank you for energizing me this morning as I woke up and performed some of your active exercises ✴️ however i have a tiny question please : As a soccer player turning to 43 years old, I’ve noticed recently that I an getting more muscular fatigue throughout football matches whenever I chase the ball for more than -let’s say- 40 minutes or so ⚽️ My question : Is it natural scenario as I’m aging 👴🏻 or are there other healthy, nutritional tricks I can lean on in order to pass such exhaustion? Thanks again ✅

Do you ever do sprinting or other HIIT exercises (that really get your heart rate up)? If not, incorporating some of those moves might increase your endurance a bit more. However, I would go get checked out by the doctor to be sure. If you're had great endurance all the way up until now, it might be just aging kicking in, or something else might be happening.
