Guys this actually is working. I’ve only been doing this for 3 dayz and I can already feel my stomach tightening up and the ab lines are faintly there! I am so so happy I found this video I can really feel it in my gut when I do this . It would help me a lot if I change my diet and I’m trying to work on that but for some reason struggling. If you want a flatter stomach definitely try this work out out! At least once a day has really been helping I feel like by the end of 1 week I’m going to actually be smiling at my body in the mirror for the first time. Good luck to everyone!!

About diet just change it for a week and stick to it for an entire week without cheating your body will adjust automatically , you won't feel the hunger

@@kpopfan6141 they said 3 weeks so depending on your body fat and body type and genetics it could be faster for you or slower also they were doing other workouts so you will also need to do other workouts as well with this one to see faster results also diet is important as well

For an 8 minute workout, this works wonders! My belly fat has gone down, at least half an inch, and now my stomach is pretty much flat. I didn’t have a lot of fat to burn, but it definitely removed what I had. My core is pretty much almost as strong from when I was in my marathon training (I surprisingly had ab lines!) even though it doesn’t show it. I haven’t changed my diet, but I am taking a liking to peaches as a snack. When I eat I don’t get as bloated ( I used to double my size), and after I eat it mostly looks the same. 10/10 recommend x2 a day

I am starting this 30 days challenge today, like so I won’t forget to update. Day 1 (~31 inch waist) ✅ at the plank part it became a little harder, but i’m not too tired. I am not sure i did all the exercises right, but I am proud of myself for finishing the workout and I am excited for tomorrow. Day 2❌ Day 3✅ harder than the first day, took some breaks in the mid of the exercises Day 4✅ done, a lil easier Day 5✅ Day 6✅ Day 7 ❌ Day 8 ✅ Day 9 ❌ (got my period so it’s harder to keep up with the workouts, i’ll try to do it twice tommorow) Day 10 ✅ done it twice today, so proud of myself Day 11 ✅ Day 12 ❌ i’m starting to loose motivation:((( Day 13 ✅ Day 14 ✅ Day 15 ❌ did some cardio today (half way there) update: Day 16 Day 17 Day 18 Day 19 Day 20 Day 21 Day 22 Day 23 Day 24 Day 25 Day 26 Day 27 Day 28 Day 29 Day 30 final update

Như Hoàng Thiệu guys, i stopped at day 15 because i have some problems with my back and after this workout i feel the pain worse. It is a good workout, not one of my fav, but I recommend you to give it a try! Now i do some cardio and other abs workout and I will start soon the chloe ting challenge! Honestly I haven’t seen in those 15 days so much of a difference, but that is my personal experience. *sorry for my grammar mistakes, english is not my first language

So I tried this exercise this morning at 9am and now I'm doing the same exercise at 5pm. I'm gonna try doing this 2 times a day (morning and afternoon) for a week. Why? I want to see if this technique can help me tone up faster. I'll try to keep update lol This is Day 1: This exercise doesnt feel too extreme (for me). But yea, see yaa on day 2! Day 2: I'm kind of sore, my stomach feels kinda tightening. But don't get me wrong, there's no big change.. Yet. Though I am sweating more than I sweated on the first day. And yea make sure you drink lots of water before going to bed. Day 3: the exercise is getting easier, the soreness is decreasing. And I see my belly tightening as well. Day 4: woke up with a bad neck cramp so I'm skipping today lol Day 5: I'm starting to get use to the exercise and it gets easier. I can start to see slight improvements on my belly which is a good sign. [Oh yea, just to mention I'm 5'2, weigh 150lbs, and my body shape is rectangle. So my fat is pretty proportion well] Day 6: I'm surprise! I see small lines forming. Lovin it! Day 7: Last update but yea, I still small lines on my belly. I'm quite amazed that doing this exercise two times a day for 7 days can make a lot of differences. I definitely reccommend this ab video!

I will be doing this workout along with my normal workout routine for a week and update everyday! I’m currently on my weight loss journey and have been for the past 4 weeks (I’ve lost 12 pounds in total and am currently at 194 lbs and am hoping to be at 189 by the end of the month) I will start tomorrow evening! Day 1: just finished! Was harder than I expected and I had to stop a few times but i really liked how instead of like a time amount for each workout it was a rep amount. It helped because I was able to go at my own pace and make sure I was doing the move properly and not just rushing through it! Day 2: done! My whole core hurt like crazy when I woke up this morning which has never happened with any other ab workout I’ve tried so I’m pretty confident I’m going to see results! Day 3: finished! Day 4: UPDATE!! So I try to only check the scale twice a week so I checked it today and I’m.....1 1/2 pounds down!! Also I notice my lower tummy area is a little flatter as well! I will be working out tonight! Day 5 & 6: had to skip because of extreme period cramps and pain but will be extending to 9 days! Day 7: done! It felt good to get my workout on after 2 days of being miserable 😅 Day 8: sorry forgot to update yesterday but I worked out in the evening! Day 9: just finished! Will give me complete results tomorrow! RESULTS!!: I’m done!! When I’m on my period I tend to be a little heavier so I don’t think my weight is completely accurate but that’s okay! So in total I lost around 1.5 pounds. The biggest difference I saw in my body was actually in my lower tummy whoch I was SO pleasantly surprised about. I wore a form fitting sweater dress a few days ago and the first thing my friend said was “woah girl have you lost weight?!” 😂😂 The scale hasn’t changed too much but I definitely see a difference in the pictures I took on day 1 compared to today! I will be starting another ab challenge tomorrow!

I give 100 crunches now in a row, and 35 of those reverse crunches and complete my set.... the best thing I’ve learnt from her is the plank crunches, and the how she ends with the stretch, I do that too my body already kinda transformed in two weeks. Crunches reverse crunches and push ups really work, crunches and push ups are so underrated whereas they are the major game changers

Found this video when i was 18 (now i’m 21) doing this whenever i dont have much time for sport BECAUSE THIS 8 min ARE SOO EFFECTIVE🙏🏼 Going out on a date with a nice dress -> practicing the 2 days before Go swimming or at the sea -> the night before Going on holiday -> the whole week befor Done this for the past years and it is such a quick resulte for a flattened and tight stomach (without any rolls:D ) ❤️ Greetings from Germany🇩🇪

•I’ve already been doing this for a few days so I decided to share my updates with u guys! •I’m doing 3 sets everyday •I’m 5”0, and I weigh around 108 my waist is a 27.5 Day 1: struggled a bit but it wasn’t that bad. Day 2: rested because I was so sore from the day before Day 3: I tried this again and it wasn’t as bad as day 1. I did 4 sets today Day 4: not sore at all, normal workout. Abs are starting to “pop out” lmao Day 5: Tips: if ur not motivated, try watching a tok of workout videos and result videos! Somehow it will motivate u and just remember every time ur working out that ur one step closer to ur goal! Don’t give up

What annoys me is that in some excercises i can only feel the pain in my legs and nothing on my stomach. Do some of you feel the same or am i doing something wrong? Or maybe it's normal?

This happens to me as well with some exercises so I try to really engage the core with my breathing

Whenever you feel it in the legs, you need to tense the core so it takes that pressure off. Don't let your legs do any of the work

I've been doing this one for 6 days now, today is rest day. I'm kinda fat so I won't be seeing any flat stomach for quite some time. I however can feel my abs in a different way, I actually know that they are there now all the time which feels good, so right now I'm doing this vid combined with some of your other vids. I'm trying to strengthen my muscles so it will be easier to have control over them when I start with HIIT and other cardio exercises. Right now I'm having a 3 month challenge since my boyfriend is coming in November, first time meeting and I'd like to get better, even tho he loves me exactly as I am, I'm the one unsatisfied with my body and he supports me😊 I really love your vids, I'm happy I found them.

@@ineskhelidj6306 OH...I didn't see that you had commented😩 I'm still workout, but I've customized the workouts for vids to make them fit me, since some of the exercises I can't do cuz I have scoliosis and did a back surgery over 9 years ago, so part of my back is none movable. But I use different exercises that Holly does in different vids and made a program of my own. And it's been going good😊

I've been doing a lot of Holly's ab workouts and I can promise you I've never seen better results! I've always been a nice size, but these workouts have helped bring out my ab lines. Keep going guys this really works, and don't forget to try the other workouts too!

I started this a month ago and already I can perform a lot of the moves except the plank crunches( I’m still too weak to try those). But I can actually do the reverse crunches now! A month ago I couldn’t even do one that’s how weak my abs were. I’m down 2 inches off my waist so I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Planning to do this tomorrow, been a fan of you're arm workout. Will post an update. Day 1: wow just wow. I just fall in love with you! So i've been trying out different ab workout but can't finish or unable to do the steps coz it's way complicated for an average person like me. With yours it's easy to follow but it burns the muscle and hits the right places. I just love your workout. Thank you for doing this.

Gonna do this for a week :) Day one: not too hard but can still feel that burn, which is how it always is when I do her workouts (COMPLETE) Day two: same as the day before but I'm tired today (COMPLETE) Day three: getting easier but still burns (COMPLETE) Day four: ate more than I usually do today but that's okay :) (COMPLETE) Day five: this is getting easier (COMPLETE) Day six: probably the easiest day (COMPLETE) Day seven: and done! This does burn fat, but I prefer her one week flat stomach workout over this :| but still try because results vary for every person.

Yup. Me too I only did it yesterday and my tummy hurts and when I look at the mirror i’m not sure if I have that contoured-like abs but yeah, my tummy still hurts rn( because this was intense and yep it’s working for me)but I will do it everyday for better results I hope i can also have her gorgeous body🤧😭💓😂

i have this stubborn belly pooch and i am determined to get rid of it, so i will give updates :D Day 1: ✅ i’m only now realising how unfit i am, this burns! Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ This really helped tighten my tummy and I can say that it’s finally flat! I’ve also noticed that I bloated a lot less after eating meals which was great 😁
