So I really don't want to be "that guy" But having practiced Iron Shirt and Iron Body training for nearly 30 years, this is actually a variation of the 2nd posture of Zhan Zhuan practice and not actually Iron Shirt practice. It was a great video and this is a phenomenal practice so I don't want to take away from the video but wanted to clarify the practice. Like I said, It's a great practice and does actually work toward accomplishing the Ji Jin Jing. I use this with my Tai Chi students to help elicit the quality of Peng also. Great job on the video and I know people will gain benefit from this practice🙂
No related to this particular video. Here in the Northern part of Europe (The Netherlands) the days are becoming shorter and the nights longer. I'm wondering if there are particular Qi-gong movements you can do to help with the “winter blues”?
