I laughed a Irish Guy complaining about Jack Grealish and Declan Rice ditching Ireland for England, but now that I see what it's cost the country, I think the anger is justified now.
Yeah, Irish guy has a cheek saying England "steal" all of Irelands best players when they go after anyone born and bred in England who's gran knew an Irish person.
@@MONAHAN97 yes but if you don't want to play for Ireland why accept call ups from the FAI. okay underage football nobody really cares but the Rice situation you can't blame Irish people for being pissed about that. Rice played 3 senior games for us, was probably man of the match in all three, he says he is proud to play for us which I believe he looked very happy during the national anthem and playing on the pitch I do believe he was genuine when he said he was happy to play for us. He also started getting asked if he would ever change allegiances back to England, he kept saying no and then once he hit really good form in the premier league he makes himself unavailable for selection. That's why the Rice situation hurt us so much. However I will say both players made the right call, both are in the England squad if they are happy playing for England I'm happy for them but especially Declan why even play 3 senior caps for us if you're just going to get cold feet? Obviously it's the FAI's own fault for putting so much time and money into grooming ENGLISH teens to play for our country instead of improving our own actual players. If an English lad wants to play for us we will listen we don't need to come after these guys when they are 14,15,16 and have their heart set on playing for England some day. It's a terrible policy something we've grown too reliable on. I just don't get why people don't understand the hurt from the Rice situation. Lets say you are English, a young Spanish mid plays underage level for you, he plays 3 friendly games for your country and is miles better than all your other players. He reassures the nation that he has every intention to stay playing for your country. Then all of a sudden Spain come along and ask him to play for them. The player makes himself unavailable to England for months and everyone is waiting on a decision with the hope he will still play for England and then he comes out and chooses Spain. It will hurt in the moment. I hold nothing against Rice now. I still think he's a dope for playing not one, not two but three senior games for us and telling us he will stay when he just wanted to play for England. But his decision paid off, the English seem happy for him as well, he's also good friends with Mason Mount since childhood so best of luck to the guy honestly I mean that. I wouldn't want him tied down to us and then regretting not playing for England, I'm sure he personally is proud of his 3 Irish caps as well so it's whatever these things happen and at the end of the day as you say he's english, not irish you can't be disappointed long term that he chose to represent his actual country
It is quite the dick move playing for one country in most/all of your youth career, only to end up playing for another in your senior career. But nevertheless, just educate your own good footballers instead of hoping players born and/or raised in another country will end up picking your senior team.
@Bordiga Armchair i don't think you understand the meaning of the word deluded. also it doesn't matter if he, like you, doesn't read it. I probably wrote more there than you could in a year, so what? if the guy doesn't read it doesn't make no difference to me. if he wants to read it that's fantastic. I have another hour free maybe I'll go write more paragraphs or take a nice long shit I'll let you know either way as apparently what I do with my life concerns you 🙄🙄🙄
As a Bosnian, I can relate to this level of frustration - I wanted to smash the entire bar after that Friday match and the penalties shootout misses by apparently best player in Turkey who looked as good as a 57-year old without knees on the pitch
Yeah Bosnia should not be going out to Northern Ireland under any circumstances with some of the players you have, but I'm Albanian and I can tell you atleast you don"t have it as bad as us lol. We lost to Lithuania and drew to Kazakhstan, half our team plays in Italy and our manager has coached Atalanta, Lazio and Napoli yet we still can't beat the likes of them.
Next time the Irish guy talks down on the MLS I’ll remind him that one of the leagues player’s Gregus, was cheeky enough to try a Panenka in the penalty shoot out against Ireland 😆
and nearly completely fucked it up because he whiffed it so hard that Randolph NEARLY completely corrected course to revert and save it... Randolph... a 3rd choice goalkeeper for a relegation battler of last season.
It pisses me off how the Irish take the piss out of other leagues. My relatives are always having a laugh at the Scottish Premiership, and yet their local teams comprise of literal binmen.
@@theblackswordsman9951 due to previous decades of fighting over a united Ireland and discrimination the British called derry, LDerry (you know what I mean I'm staying holy not saying it) and because Catholics didn't like the name change and now Ireland is 99% Catholic it doesn't like that name either.
@@charliegreen4708 Speak for yourself. You can't equate the entire country being Catholic with wanting the name changed nor being united. Didn't think that needed to be said but as is typical of nationalists you are pretty simple.
*_"24 teams? That's half of Europe!",_*_ 55 countries compete in UEFA qualifiers/competitions, which means that it still isn't half of Europe, so there you go Irish Guy, you can use that as an excuse!_ 😂
Finland is a perfect squad. You have Hamalainen, Slovak born Hradecky, Swedish speaking Jensen, and Soiri and Kamara who are of part African descent. It's always nice to see diverse teams like these make it to competitions. Hope you guys can go far in the Euros.
@@onnipatrick9215 I would say perfect as in squad chemistry and morality. Despite being of different origins, you brought an ice hockey dominated nation into the Euros. No offense, but if Markku Kanerva didnt exist, you would have never made it into the Euros. That man is a genius.
@@onnipatrick9215 We are team of players that level up every time after national anthem. Very proud of these lads who have showed "sisu" to qualify. Oi suomi on!
Did laugh when he said England poach Ireland's best players, I mean Ireland should be developing their own players not poaching kids from Birmingham and London that have little connection with Ireland and expecting them to be loyal when they become adults.
3:36 Imagine the face Cristiano Ronaldo would make if he saw Irish Guy come out of the tunnel against him in the Euro Final, scarf fluttering in the wind with the HITC Sport Insignia on it
@@Harry-mm1sj In Ireland generally speaking we Call it Derry in fact not generally speaking just about everywhere. Probably even in some of the catholic regions of NI. It's not really a pathetic conflict tens of thousands died. When he called it Londonderry I paused and looked for this comment because it caught me off guard. He is an Irish man he should have called it Derry but after living in england for 10 years or what ever it is I can understand his confusion.
@P O'Haidhmaill I dont think we are quite majority I there. It's not so much based on religion these days weather ideologies. I shouldn't have said anything about religion as in this day it doesn't matter
Irish fans complain about Rice and Grealish but maybe if they focused on developing their own countries footballers rather than pinning their hopes on players who’s nans post man is Irish you might get somewhere
Ireland used to be decent Damien Duff - Robbie Kean - Stephen Ireland - Glenn Whelan - Kevin Doyle - Shay Given - Richard Dunne and co. Plenty of very useful players and scored lots of goals, played against world class teams such as Italy and more than held their own. Should have got past France when Henry robbed them with the infamous hand ball incident. It seems like they are very much a nearly but not quite team.
Alan Browne literally changed the game for Ireland when he came on. He missed the pen but he had the balls to step up and take it. He is prem quality unlike most of the Ireland squad , he had a “travesty” like you said but most of the time he’s quality . Quality video though.
🇲🇰🇲🇰🇲🇰 Hi Irish Guy i have been watching you from less that 100k subs, just wanna say Macedonia has been on really good rise in the last few years and we are prbbly on the level od Ireland ngl.. Yes we need a 37 year old Pandev he is the motivation and Coach to the young guns like Elmas from Napoli,Bardhi from Levante, Alioski from Leeds and Ristovki the captain of Sporting Lisbon we are actually a pretty good team and we deserve our first major tournament in our proud contrys history..Cheers 🇲🇰🇲🇰💜💜
Whole list Rice Grealish Henry McShane Hourihane Stephen Kelly Probably Alan Browne McShane AGAIN Alan Browne Eriksen William Gallas Titus Bramble All Slovakians All Danes All French people (probably) Blackpool people
Eee the worst bit was when he said "london" Derry 🤮 but yh we should have won that match. I think that was genuinely some of the best football I have ever seen us play. Kinda hopeful for the future in that but then again, watching us play Wales a few days later.... uhhhh maybe not 😒 anyway, atleast support from the fans will always be there 🇮🇪❤
Finally, Joachim Löw will see what he missed out on when I come on the pitch for HITC country and we park the Bus like Chelsea did in that CL-Final to get a 0-0 draw bc the current German squad lacks creativity and a game plan.
I remember times when you guys put up a decent game against us (Croatia) in the qualifiers for Euro 2000. We were 3rd in the WC 1998. Imagine playing now, while we are WC runners up, it would be a mess. Anyway, I wish you good luck. We were always good friends with Irish.
For once I actually felt that we were the only team trying to win the game and I was hoping that it wouldn’t go to penalties probably the best football we’ve played for a long time just unfortunate the whole point of football is to score fecking goals!!
"Fat Teemu Pukki" I mean yeah he hasn't been good this year but he did score 10 goals in 10 matches to get Finland to Euro 2021 and also don't mock us like that it's our first major tournament ever so let us enjoy it
@@mikipetreski9998 Yeah I mean I understand why The Irish guy gave Finland as an example, we are a small country after all. But why mock us like that just because his country didn't make it
@Luke Dunford You salty much? Fam think of it this way before you judge. Finland has NEVER been in a major tournament, we have tried and tried. And when we finally make it this random irish donny starts mocking us making it when his country bottled it. No I'm not a snowflake im just kinda annoyed by the comments
So you're telling me you got 40k subscribers in 6 days? That's kind of growth can only be found in Harrawk channel lol I guess the scarf is truly omnipotent lol
Hate to ask, but where in the world are those Champion's League predictions. I know you're gonna see this because you'll be enjoying the suffering from anyone after that Euro 2021 failure. Not angry, just self-aware.
Purple Nightz he’s world class because his performances show that he is. It’s not “suddenly “ you’re just a hater who doesn’t want to admit when a player is quality , argue with your nan.
I'm from Macedonia and I really love you but! We have Bardi from Levante,Elif Elmas star in Napoli,Alioski from Leeds united,Stefan Ristovski from Sporting plus Goran Pandev. 😊
@@vaskopoh9512 Not really mate, we used to be regulars at the World Cup and Euros, had the likes of Berbatov and Stan Petrov playing for our team only 10 years ago, now we don't even have a player who would make it into a top 6 Championship team.
@@WakaWaka2468 They still fall under UEFA though. You never questioned why Israel play in Euro qualifiers? Or why Israeli clubs play in European competitions?
