High and low week for me, but all in all a good week of training.
Week 3:
Monday- Swim/ Recovery
Tuesday- 5k Time Trial ⏱️
Wednesday- Trail running 🏰
Thursday- Brick workout 🚴🏽🏃🏻
Friday- Swim/ Easy Bike
Saturday- Long Run ❄️
Sunday- Hard Bike (Alpe Du Zwift)🏔️
This vlog covers my daily training, lifestyle, and various other races along the way as I attempt to reach some new goals this season.
I race as an age group triathlete in the 35-39 division. My goals are to be competitive within the top of the field and to try to secure world championship qualifications, but at the very least I will be having all of the fun along the way.
