I’m dating and I notice the guys my age (late twenties, early thirties) love to text! They are not use to actually having to talk to a woman. Idk I’m dating a guy right now (only 3 months in) and I let him know from the beginning what type of person I am. He makes an effort to call me, spend time, etc. but he let me know the women he dated in the past didn’t care either way. These young ladies are settling for less and it’s NOT HELPING US!
I don’t think it’s settling, some ppl prefer certain things. I prefer to text unless I really have something to say and want a quick response. I LOVE texting in general tbh lol
AuNaturale2012 I can understand that. Idk maybe I’m just different but certain things shouldn’t be texted. When you’re getting to know a person text messages can be misconstrued or misinterpreted. That’s the problem. Communication and time are very important things to me in a relationship. Honestly I think it’s the old school in me because people our age text everything.
Yep, I totally agree with you, I absolutely cannot take any man serious that only texts, especially those “WYD” texts. Luckily my man now loves to talk on the phone especially video calls since we in a long distance relationship. Unfortunately some women are settling just to keep any man. Patience is really key, whats for you will surely come and stay with you.
That's why it's so important to pray when meeting a new person. That's why it's so important to not have intercourse before marriage. To me it's just easier to know the difference when your mind and heart is clear and you listen to your spirit. This message was convicting.I used to stay on the phone and try to study or do other things but couldn't focus because I was distracted and didn't realize it until it was too late. So many females won’t close their legs, they’re so afraid of losing the man. Get on their back and then wonder why he got ghost soon after. Come back to you crying and bad mouthing the man. Yet won’t see it was because of their loose booty behavior.
@@valgal36 it may take some women a little longer to understand their worth. I agree that it's the fear of losing a man that will cause a lot of women to give in and lower their standards. I know because I went through it years ago with my ex-husband. If I held tight to my beliefs and knew I deserved better, it would have saved me a lot of time and tears but you live and you learn.
My days of praying out of some mess are over...im definitely praying before hand if this is God..this way I dont have to waste my time or his....sex is not even on the table. Good stuff
Give yourself at least a 3 to 6 month timeline to begin seeing a man's real intent. 🔝The man with bad intentions can look like the man with good intentions. He's serious about you when his attention to you is genuine & healthy. He's toxic when his attention becomes a distraction and a hindrance to you. 💎
So true...but why is that? for example if a guy likes you but his attention is full on...if he is a little insecure does that mean his intentions are bad ? Ie when he quizzes you to where you are ect I know they should not do this but does this come from a place of bad intentions ?
@@lindasmillie6105 I don't believe a person has bad intentions because they're insecure but it becomes unhealthy if he projects his insecurities onto you. It's healthy when he is taking action ( i.e. counseling/self care) to improve/ change what he's insecure about and not making you responsible or the scapegoat for whatever he struggles with or lacks. If you're a trustworthy person and he is always questioning your loyalty/integrity then that's a red flag. If he's quizzing you on your whereabouts that's a ⛳. The attention a man gives you should be rational, supportive, genuine, and consistent. It shouldn't control or restrict you whatsoever from being your best self. The attention that man gives you should bring peace and not conflict.
@@DynamicallyDCthanks so much for your reply and yeah I totally get what you are saying unfortunately mines is the latter...I was this person a while back so I understand this insecurity but you are right it dosnt make for a good Relations hip if you are constantly quizzing someone ect on things like you don't trust them esp if they are innocent. My current partner some would describe as controlling he has issues he gets angry if he loses a game /bet ?? I don't understand that ? I mean surely if you are putting a bet on you know before hand it can go either way...it's a risk you take ...so why get mad...?? I don't get that one. My partner was full on at first which i didn't mind but now I am beginning to see the downfall of all this attention as he has trust issues he isn't really working on it atm but is supposed to be seeing a counsellor due to anger but can't due to lock down...this only came about because he was caught being aggressive on streets and police caught him..(.he has anger issues when he has alot to drink )...that's what I don't get also why is he so angry when he is drunk ?? Why do some guys get like this ? Anyway I am in lock down with dad so am not been exposed to it as such but we keep in touch ...just alot if things don't make sense...

You probably can't explain why you're here and he's not. I can't either. So I speak to who is listening. Don't worry about why others aren't doing their work, and just do yours because at the end of the day, you have to take care of you regardless of what a man is doing with his life.
The question I would ask is why wouldn't I put in ALL the work to prepare and protect myself from being mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically and financially ruined. We put on sunscreen to keep from getting burned and cancer, bug repellent to keep from getting bit and we freeze our credit to keep our identity safe. JS
I cleared my mind and prayed for what I needed and put faith on the table. Then went about my business and goals. God's work appeared in a subtle gentle way when he presented his choice and his is better than I asked for. We try to hard to make things happen our way and fails.
My last relationship was like that. He would jump down my throat b/c of my lost service. Lol He was literally the best thing I’ve never had. So glad I let him go...... NOTICE the signs ladies and gentlemen because trust me, they ARE THERE! ❤️
Your totally correct on the crazy shows the signs I've had several. I have a non-crazy now for 3 months now dating.. total comfortable transparency and no games only positive goals and actions going with words. Emotionally mature man glows with Gods blessings.

I think a lot of women “playing mind games” really stems from us really trying to be optimistic but instead we end up IGNORING true red flags and we unconsciously manipulate reality. I’m guilty of asking the same questions just in a different way just hoping you might say something that I WANT you to say but it’s not like that. You gotta call a spade, A SPADE! Ladies try to focus on what your gut/ the holy spirit is telling you. Try not to be fearful, but try to be very cautious. My ex is a narcissist. I didn't know much about it until recently. But you will know the difference. If you take your time, and you observe them. They will not be able to hide behind the facade for long. Either way everyone be blessed.

I have never seen it an issue when me and the guy sleep while the phone is on. I thought that was cute 😂😂😂. Tony aint lying. These men I've been sleeping on the phone with both of them were insecure men. I will no longer do that again.
I was always that person that would cut someone off but also gave too many chances to begin with when I should've cut it off early. At one point I thought I was the problem because every person I been with would be my husband but then they'll have these same red flags. I was the problem because I didn't love myself and thought if I do ABC in that order it would keep a man but it never did. Now I know my worth and I'll wait as long if I had to while handling my business until the right one comes along.

There’s definitely some clues ppl can give you of their crazy early on, but often times sadly, many women don’t “really” see the crazy until you try to break up with the man.

I had an ex who would take my phone, call my phone to see if I was on the phone if I was out of his view. He called by the time I was to the end of my driveway, ask for videos, questioned me. He would find nothing, but was COMPLETELY CRAZY! I did 360 for him in a 1 months time. He paced the floors, get mad over nothing, always accusing me of something & yes, silent treatment! Check them at the door, don't do it! I feel it changed me forever & alot of work on myself, take it from me just don't ignore the red flags & allowing this behavior!
Very true. Sometimes you get punished for what the previous person did even if you've done nothing to them but try love them show them you love them. Lesson learned: love yourself cause it's not your fault they don't love themselves. Be blessed y'all!

I did 7 years only to discover he has kids and bm drama I had nightmares loss weight when they say god will let them hurt you enough if you hold on the pain will make you have to let go . I’m healing but it hurt so bad . And even worst I know he doesn’t care at all smh 🤦🏽♀️ I pray you peace as I’m searching for it as well

Your experiences even as a young man is paramount and so very useful for many women and men alike. After being married for 22 years to a wonderful and godly husband, I became a widow unfortunately. My late husband was so good to me and we respected and loved one another dearly. To this marriage union we had a son and a daughter and I am blessed to this day. On that note, keep bringing such great topics, teaching and coaching to this huge platform. Most importantly, keep being an example of a good husband to your beautiful wife! Be careful in the first few months this is the "honeymoon stage" and men can spout so much things you want to hear...how long you been together...? Has he got it together ? Ie has a job owns his own house ect...? Does he look like he is at that stage to settle down ? Is he still hitting it up with home boys at all clubbing ect ? Just a few questions as guys can say alot of things but not follow through...he might be saying things because he thinks that's what you want to hear and has other short term intentions with you..be careful...but on the other hand if he seems settled in his life and has been seeing you a while he could be serious but I would take Tonys advice and wait a bit to assess him in all situations...take your time don't let him rush you...I hope he is the real deal and it works out for you..much love xxx

Wow so true my ex was exactly like this it took me a long time to realize it but I learned after 11 yrs I finally had the strength to leave him and never looked back
