What do you think about Australian Wagyu? Have you had a chance to try it?

Wagyu is nice, but I think it's too expensive and I think prime is just so good. I also agree that ny strips are a great cut

I have to agree! To be fair, I’ve not had Japanese wagyu though. The verdict is still out on that one lol

Not gonna lie, seems heavily inspired by Guga. Even so, you clearly put in a lot of effort. I know how hard it is to make a polished youtube video, and the fact that you are able to really hit that high level of polish on such an early video is impressive. Guga only caught on after he got a pretty big backlog of videos, and so it'll probably take you a little while, but honestly if you can keep up this level of polish, professionalism, and fun in your video that you've demonstrated here I think you'll have 1k subs by the time you have 10 videos like this and probably in the 10ks of subs by the time you have 50-100 videos like this. Really good job. I hope you, your family, and your channel has the success you hope for moving forward. As far as I can tell, you are doing all the right things.

Thank you so much for the advice and encouragement. Guga is one of my favorite creators as well as Joshua Weissman. So I’m certain they have influenced and will continue to influence videos I make. The advice I was given when first starting was do stuff you’ve seen work and eventually you’ll come into your own identity. It’s hard to come up with “original” ideas that don’t already exist but I definitely want to be able to be different than the rest. Thanks again!

Can you make a video of how you normally cook your steaks from start to finish?

Yes absolutely! I have a few techniques and it really just depends what I’m in the mood for. Smoked, sous vide or butter basted. I’ll do a video for you though!
