I was bullied my entire childhood. I'm 30 now and still trying to be confident. Thank you for this video!

2021-2022 was a rough time for me. I had literally no sense of myself and allowed people to influence me so much, it brought me too far and I realized I need to gain self respect or else people are just going to continue belittling or using me. I’m alone now and I have my peace, I’m healing my inner child by getting back into things I used to enjoy when I was a kid, and most importantly I’m working on bettering myself to the standards I want and not what anyone expects from me.

Confidence comes from proper knowledge on your strengths and weaknesses. Fixing faults knowing limitations! Growth, discipline, and never give up on right stuff attitude.

You’ve hit so many points that have almost made me give up on dating while still trying to earn validity. I care what people think. I care that I don’t fit into what they fit attractive. I care that I’m not a part of their ecosystem of social norms and interactions. But the truth is, I’m, by design, not SUPPOSED to fit into these systems. I’ve got to find systems built for people like me, THEN I will feel valued and appreciated and loved on.

The way you give advice is genuine and I know what you mean by ranting when you feel strong about what your speaking about …some people can take it wrong as you yelling or being aggressive but when you believe in something stronge enough you can’t help the passion that comes with it. Its a good reminder and refresher on how we actually have the power to validate ourselves and have control of our lives instead of letting some people dictate us. I just wanna comment on one thing; I think that there’s a little bit more to the plastic surgery trends among celebrities, influencers and female rappers for example, and the way it’s trickling down to the masses. It’s no longer enough to be pretty, everyone wants to be the PRETTIEST girl in the room, they wanna be THAT B****. This is what I feel distinguishes the time we’re living in today vs maybe 10 years or so ago, where people were just looking to improve on what they already have. Everyone is trying to outdo each other like the celebrities and it’s just not normal :/ Great video! Love your content 💕

This is making me re think not being on good terms with my ex. He wanted us to be on talking terms but I think a part of me is still jaded that he doesn’t want to be with me again. But this really drove it in that’s it’s not his fault he doesn’t want me. He’s doing what’s best for him. I Fricking love your channel!!! I totally agree with you. There have been times when i considered doing certain procedures because of what other people have said about my body or because of me simply comparing myself to others. I had to ask myself WHY, like is this something that i really want to do deep down inside or is it just something that i feel i need to do to feel accepted or more admired ..? It all came down to exactly what you're saying, basically trying to change myself so that i could look like the women who seemed to be more desired instead of just accepting that im not for everyone and going to find people who actually like me & that i'm actually compatible with. Luckily, i didn't go through with any of it but this topic was necessary because i have seen many young women go through with certain procedures and end up heartbroken because they altered their bodies and still dont get what they thought they would from it. It's all about what's on the inside, not the outside. Anyway, keep posting this content girl, i love to see my fellow Canadians doing it big, You're really putting out value!💖

I really needed to hear this I feel like social media has definitely impacted me negatively to the point where I feel lost / an identity crisis and I’m insecure with some parts of myself however, I never put others down because I’m insecure, most of the time I just fake it till I make and just put a smile on my face (you probably won’t catch me not smiling because I have perfected it 😂) even tho deep down I’m a total mess with anxiety (possibly depression too but haven’t yet got that checked probs should) I’m trying to better myself and not care what strangers think of me or anyone but I know it also take time if anyone has any tips/advice comment section is here for a reason 💖
