In my mind the person who owns this channel brings fish to them (the restaurant thing), and they prepare one or some of the fish for her, and the rest of the fish stays with them for sale as payment for the preparation of the dishes
In general; Japanese Yen is like American cents. 100 yen is 90¢ right now. Add a decimal point 2 spaces in and you’ve got a (rough) dollar amount. So the ¥4160 steak is about $41.60. Give or take a dollar or two.
But that’s just the steak, I don’t remember how much the cooking and serving charges are. But you pick out the specific steak you want and buy it up front, then they cook it for you.

Also too much pressing of the skewered pieces. Pushes out all the succulence of a very costly meat! I am not a carnivore but can appreciate proper handling of it.
great vid guys! thanks a lot! every single mouth watering item is so beautifully despalyed ! with Japanese fast food stalls it is always amazing how can they keep their working surfaces so clean and tidy and serve a high flow of clients local and foreign so effeciently while keeping there sanity intact all at the same time! God knows how many hours it takes to run such a feeding conveyor daily!
