Once spent 45 minutes trying to save the life of someone with low vitals. It turned out they were an ultra marathon runner and their resting state was of the chart.

Let's completely disregard insane effort mental fortitude, discipline, consistency strict diet, going to bed early and optimizing your life altogether and just write something stupid like steroids and keep watching netflix eating shit and blame genetics for being pathetic and weak, well done that's the way to go... Try being consistent for just a couple of months with your diet and workouts, sleep and hydration and see what happens, let alone for years or decades ...then you wont be writing "steroids" or anything to disregard hard work and discipline.

@@HotShotLion absolutely, a lot of dudes think they can pump chemicals and achieve a physique like this without still putting in work or even just not having that body type, and it's a hard truth to process. At the end of the day everyone is unhealthier with steroids being so widely available, and I don't condone anyone using it. These dudes have clearly put in a lot of work to look the way they do, but I can't stand by it if they're juicing.
