That was an impressive way to commemorate fallen heroes. Saturday was a gorgeous day to get out and ride…the Mrs. wanted to get out and ride hers, so we put about 74 miles on each of our bikes.
It’s cool that your wife likes to ride too. Mine is starting to ask about riding as a passenger with me but I’m not too keen on taking passengers. Memorial Day weekend and this past weekend was great riding weather in Georgia too.
That was one of the most impressive Memorial displays I have ever seen for a community to put forward. That said, I'm Canadian and my son is going to visit Savannah Georgia later in June for a holiday. We very much appreciate our American neighbours and their culture and history. Your son will love Savannah. Very beautiful and historic city. But it will be hot. Tell him to drink lots of water and be ready for some good southern heat and humidity. I very much appreciate our Canadian neighbors to our north and love visiting British Columbia. I have a good client in Vancouver and I visit him there and Victoria and Kelowna. Great places to visit. It’s an Olympia Blaze High-Viz vest. I got it on Revzilla after a long wait for it to be available. Very high quality vest. I have an Olympia Newport mesh jacket as well that I really like. I’m not sure about meat markets in Ball Ground but I have been to Ferguson’s Meat Market in Cumming. They are on Hwy 369 near Coal Mountain and they are pretty good. Great place for lunch.
