@@ConradB As it is, no. The foot pads can be flipped upwards but there are only holes on the bottom of the body of it for the peg to lock it in. If you’re willing and able to just drill a hole on the other side so the peg can lock it in, then yes!
Sort of... The leg rest only has mounting holes on the bottom side where the bench clips to it. Ideally it have holes on both sides so you could just flip the leg rest over and mount it upwards so it can hold your legs. There is one reviewer who actually tapped their own hole in the leg rest so they could do this. Another option would be to put the seat up the full 20 degrees and try them that way but it's not as ideal as it could be with simple holes added to the leg rest.
I’m still using it regularly, it’s never even close to tipping or falling apart or anything like that, but there’s a tiny bit of give in it I suppose when moving like sit ups and such. It’s not any more give than the benches at planet fitness for example
