What's up, Achievers?! Jason here, and today we're talking about kettlebell cleans and how not to bang and bruise your wrists while doing them!
Kettlebell cleans have been, by far, the most difficult kettlebell-related skill for us to teach because of how nuanced it is. You need the perfect balance of finesse and force and it's a difficult concept to grasp especially when people typically want to just muscle the weight up by any means necessary.
In this video, I break down three key concepts that you need to know to be able to master those kettlebell cleans!

What weight would you recommend to start with, for someone with absolute zero experience with kettlebells?

We typically have folks start cleans at around 12-16kg. The tall muscle clean; however, we might start at around 6-10kg.
