David Goldman yeah it is a classic interview. He tries to explain it to her and she wants to admit it. But she’s gotta take the hard offended stance. I forget who’s show it was but it was fox and he can’t reel Patrice in. Hehehehha he’s just along for the Patrice O’Neil ride
@Shockheadd45 watch him in tough crowd. Dude is a flop. Even Greg G pointed out that if he was a short white guy instead of black then he wouldn't be famous.
Funny how Hart conveniently omits the fact that Patrice stopped fucking with him years before his death. Once Hart made it big he didnt want to be associated with Patrice out of fear of it hurting his career.
dandagod official I hope you’re just a dumb young person because you have a lot to learn. If you’re an adult then damn man, my bad, ignore this, and my condolences.
I think I have listened to every second of Patrice audio on RU-vid at least five times.. He was the best. It's a damn shame he died right before Podcasting exploded. He would have one of the top Podcasts today. He was born for "radio."
Facts! Pure comedy gold plus an unmatched understanding of the female nature. If you listen to that shit and "truly" grasp the philosophy behind Patrice's teachings you'll be set for life in the pussy department.
I been trying to sneak it in on my nephew who is 12. He's still having trouble grasping some if what Patrice says but he'll get it. One day, he'll understand.
@@bettywatkins28 nah I remember that one that seems forced for the clip cause when that Kawhi laugh was going viral everyone saw it and that interview wi kev was like a week after so he definitely saw it before hand and had to create a clip
Phone book hits the floor Kevin: what was that? Patrice Lamombuh O'neal: read it there's better material in it than what you just said! 🤣🤣🤣 R.I.P. brother
The phone book incident- the version kevin said on the patrice documentary was “call anyone in there….ask them if you made a good career decision. This not for you man.”
I really do not understand 0the hate people give Kevin. I've always liked his work and now he has given us his work ethic to admire. It's just his divorce etc that I find to be very sad... Where I think they should have fought for their marriage. I feel like Kev did get caught up in there and just gave up... Anyhows.. He's also one of the few to mention Patrice like this.
@@peacheskong2245 listen to the Opie and Anthony segment where Patrice talks about Tracy Morgan and black guys owing the establishment. It'll come full circle for you. The man was a prophet.
There's a 13 hour compilation of just Patrice and O&A/Jimmy Norton talking about movies. Just movies. And that's just one tiny chunk of the Patrice/O&A content on YT. Super thankful that that laugh's not lost.
@TheTimbalanders Elephant in the Room is flawless and it's an Hour and Seventeen Minutes. It's one part routine and one part stream of consciousness. And it all goes together seamlessly. You don't get any better than that. As any comedian will tell you most comics have only a solid 30 minute at best.
ive always hated those styles of shows, it gets boring and uniteresting and repetitive as fuck to me. Ive listend to countless hours of O&A because of Patrice.
I feel like Chapelle's recent show was almost like a tribute to Patrice . Patrice and Dave come from virtually the same cloth (comedian/philosopher) when it comes to having a no filter towards any topic. When Patrice passed away there was not a comedian who was putting on big specials/ out in the public making people laugh with that type of comedy , besides Dave whom was retired at the time. Dave's return was def a a tribute to those type of comedians who passed on or has left the game because of the social problems in America.
I still listen to Patrice debating what's a sport on O&A to this day. I kept the XM subscription just because of him. I remember I couldn't stop listening when he was on. RIP Patrice, the man brought so much real humor to the world.
Joe rogan and kevin hart. Thank you for remembering Patrice for what he was. Thank you for giving him credit where credit it's due. And you can tell kevin hart missed patrice when he spoke of him and his anecdotes. Rogan just stood listening and laughing know what patrice was. Thank you guys. Rip patrice . love you guys no homo
I listen to the Black Phillip Show almost on a daily basis. Patrice was incredibly insightful, there are situations where a caller says one sentence and Patrice already has him figured out. He was philosopher first, comedian second. I wish he was around to spread wisdom to the new generations.
One of the funniest things I ever heard was when Patrice was on tough crowd. He was sitting next to Jim Norton. And Jim was going off. Patrice turned to him and said “shut up you white shelless turtle”. I cried laughing. How funny and accurate depiction of Jim Norton. I would encourage everyone to listen to his black dr Phil recordings. Hilarious.
Burr and O'Neal roasting each other was absolutely devasting...some of the wittiest, most savage humour I've ever heard...and the more brutal they go, the deeper the love.
I was devastated when Patrice died. I just found him, and then a few years later, he was gone. He was so right on about so much. Rest in Peace Patrice.
We will probably be able to bring him back to life some day. But a lot of you are going to get that dismissive look from him when he finds out that you thought he could save us from raping aka me too. He'd go home with a warm feeling in his heart after knowing that we thought this much about him. Poor lil fellar always seemed like he thought the public and the industry rejected him. I didn't know him but i!m an old school O and A guy, and I'm sure a good chunk of the people on this thread also were. But anyway, that makes me feel like I I got a small glimpse into his life. Not to mention all that stories that webe heard from his peers and associates. What I gathered was that Patrice loved his fans and truly hated club owners network executives, promoters etc. I just recall how he we graciously thank a caller on O and A when they said his recent show was good. Your death hurt us all. RIP Lil Kev.
"I told my girl she's the fourth most important thing in the life... It was me, my career, my Mother, and then her! She only thinks she knows shit, 'cause I tell her shit! I think my girl in my life, is worth three bitches now!"
ActionHank75 When he talks about animals and talks like one, I pretty much check out on his routines. To me Chris rock is the best and Patrice is high on my list.
Patrice has helped me change my whole perspective on women. The dude is a fucking legend! I always keep forgetting whenever I’m listening him, that he is not with us anymore. Damn, the amount of material he would have made nowadays would have been paramount!!!!
In the event someone here doesn't know much about Patrice, look up "Patrice O-Neal- -If your girlfriend left- what would you miss". It's easily my favorite Patrice clip. The full video on it is just as amazing too. Patrice is the only person I've ever respected, he's just so real and downright hilarious.
Even beyond his grave he gives us joy and laughter, even for a minute.. Comedy ain't the same without you but Patrice's voice will live on for the rest of time. Rest in peace Big Pimping..
Patrice's story of the guy knocking on his window at a rest stop is one of the funniest stories ever "Its cold outside" "Well, go inside!" Miss you Patrice
Patrice O'Neal was one of those beautiful blessing that grace us with his comedic Brilliance and left here like a streak of lightening. I was a TRUE FAN..GONE WAY TOO SOON. RIP Patrice O'Neal
Kevin Hart's cross-eyed midget joke made me laugh. Patrice said on an episode of The Green Room, that true comedy is when half the crowd is laughing, and the other half is horrified.
Patrice also said when he bombs he doesn’t try to win the crowd back. He says power corrupts and they (crowd) won’t help you but throw dirt on your face. He says his philosophy was to bomb harder “Everyone else in the room has to die” 😂😂😂
Wasn't that the same panel show Patrice was on and Roseanne Barr told about her Nazi cookies skit? Roseanne is one of the few authentic female comedians, with the right amount of don't give a...
His angle on this level of stupidity that has become would be from out of nowhere. I'm missing the things i never could have imagined; And it was brilliant and he did it through a logical lens.
He just told you. Patrice.. Dave is funnier than bill but it’s Dave. Bill is top 10 funniest of all time though. I’m talking Robin Williams, Jim Carrey, Richard prior, Dave, Chris rock, etc bill is in there..
Patrice has been my favorite comedian for the past few years now. He definitely influences my thought process & attitude. RIP to the greatest (in my opinion).
Patrice O'neal was just one of the greatest comedians ever. And I don't always say nice things about people who have passed, cuz seriously im selfish and don't give a fuck.
It's so cool to see Kevin talk about Patrice. I learned of Patrice from old O&A clips. He was such an intelligent and observant man, and a fierce individual.
Patrice combined almost superhuman insight into humanity with humour. He amazed us with his logic and intelligence than floored us with his jokes. One of a kind - so sad he’s left us - we could sure use his wit and wisdom in our new unfunny world.
I have alot of love for Patrice O Neal. Elephant in the room was perfect timing because of the election jokes. No one was making Obama jokes and it was great to hear because of it's timing. Top shelf white woman is a permanent part of my vocabulary 😂
I never found Patrice O'neal "funny" at all. But MY GOD his insight /knowledge on certain subjects is mindblowing. So much that it will change your entire perception on those subjects (for the better).
nah you dont. Watch it if you like but its a lot of people put it in a pedestal. I geniunely laugh harder at some of his improv in the radio shows than his actual stand up. Incredible insight on a few things tho!
It's all subjective, but Elephant in The Room wasn't even Patrice at his funniest, he just had so many insightful points that were unique. You rarely see comedians make jokes with a joke that isn't typical. Nothing Patrice said you heard before. His Green Room episode with Roseanne Barr and Bob Saget was an example of Patrice at his funniest and most thought provoking. It's so hard to point to any one thing and say "this was his best work". The guy was effortless in his comedy, he made everything funny.
I agree about not finding him that funny But bits like women dont care about the struggle, they just wait at the finish line and fuck the winners. Really hits home so i like him
@@Silenciobob Yes. We had 0 black people in the old communist republics and we had 2 TV channels with movies from russia mostly. When the western media came in it was all white people. I didnt have internet until i was 18 in 205 which was when I found comedy because I was interested in Acting
I never was upset about a famous man dying untill I heard about the death of Patrice O'Neal. I grew up with his comedy and his views on life and women were almost the same as mine. I could really relate to him. So sad that he died. I listen to his comedy every day on my phone
Life is just one big cruel joke , we have a mass popular entertainer (Kevin) having to tell the masses about Patrice , who really should be known throughout the world for his insights on so much about life and comedy . Hurts me to this day knowing he is passed and the world lost a brilliant talent . Take some comfort in being in the minority who can appreciate how good he was and listen to him almost daily . RIP Patrice
