It's time to revisit some classics as we watch some LEGENDARY matches from a legendary tournament, the Big House 4! While this tournament featured some amazing top 8 matches between players like Mang0, Armada and Leffen, we're going to visit the pools of the tournament to see some of the most notorious matches in Melee history, courtesy of head TO and jokester extraordinaire Juggleguy.

i like how toph focuses on the shift in meta and how players slowly learn and use more of their tools, like how he explains with shine stall. it gives a lot more perspective on the game's lifespan.

it's crazy watching old sets and seeing how BAD people were back then. People can practice so easily now with Slippi, it makes me wonder who the top players back then would've been if we had the same resources we do now. 🤔🤔

One thing to mention is the turn around jabs from Leffen. That was his form of a taunt, and I think Leffen confirmed his taunt button was broken on his controller, which was why he did the jabs. (Me remembering from 2014, but could be wrong)

Ya know, I'm sure that Leffen feels some type of way about people memeing him for having a large ego, but when you come with that energy as a top player you gotta expect it. Especially when it seems like he's widely accepted in the community despite his early antics and that the Leffen memes are taken as a joke more than people are laughing at him.
