1. Question: For a person with an Elastogram score of 1.8, which indicates moderate fibrosis, what stage of cirrhosis does that correspond to? How often should elastograms be repeated, and can they confirm the progression stage of cirrhosis?
1. Answer: The frequency of non-invasive monitoring has not been standardized and is personalized based on your current situation. There is emerging data than an increase in liver stiffness measurements on elastograms may be associated with fibrosis progression.
2. Question: Is is safe to take Cortisol blockers to reduce weight and fatty liver?
