Holy Moly Gabby! I am breathing hard but finished all 3 rounds. I kept my core tight and could really feel my abs working especially when you use your abs to bring your legs up instead of taking your hand to your feet….hard workout for me but I stayed consistent and used proper form and finished !!! Thanks for waking me up this morning 😅❤
