Taking on the challenge with daughter from yesterday. Showed her this and she was reslolute, said it either she start or never, insisted we go market buy the salads, am glad she did. U see gbona just turned 20 had been having her flow for last 2 months nonstop, we were scheduled to see a gna yesterday which we did and the advice was almost same as this, she's overweight, loves n eates lots of sugars, l really trust n hope that she will adjust, itz been my desire as well, keep informing us, be blesd.
I get it too from the doctor, I had stomach pain like 1 hour after meals, but now I learned to do intermittent fasting and watching what I consume. I have somehow challenged sugar, though it's taking time, and I still work on it.
Hi, thank you so much for tuning in. Intermittent fasting is more of a temporary thing. So try and avoid sugar slowly and some carbs like bread , rice spaghetti and make it a lifestyle.

Here after interview ya lnn,now I was hoping utapeana hata email,I have very stubborn acne since I was in class 6 ,I do not know what my normal skin it is like,I have even been to deliverance in churches for this ,my mum recently was advised by those traditional doctors that it is a curse from my grandma since am the only one uncircumcised in our home,I biliv it's wrong I can't go that way, honestly I need help this has kept me down for long,I was hoping to get recommendations on what I can use,note I have seen dermatologist even one from agha Khan who was indian suggested I shave my hair since Africans we can keep braids for a month without washing the hair,I shaved and still no change,woi saindia Mimi our learned son
Acne is caused by inflammation mostly due to the wrong diet. Try to avoid carbs and milk products and red meat as well and you will notice lots of changes
