I'm 6'1. I started my weight loss journey December 26th. My start weight was 291lbs. I've been fasting on and off since then, but haven't been consistent until I found "Finally Fasting ". I weighed in Tuesday morning at 231.4. My goal is 215. Thanks for the inspiration Jerome! I'm staying consistent and accountable!

Let’s go!!!! I just completed my 120 hr fast! I had a premier protein shake, 4 meatballs with chimichurri sauce, 5 large strawberries, and a handful of chips. I know I shouldn’t have had the chips 😬😢. Down 11lbs this week!! ALL Praises to God for giving me strength 🙏🏾🙌🏾👏🏾 I start Saturday midday and fast til Thursday for 5 days. I have my 2 personal trainer in BG’s on Friday and Saturday morning too. This time, I was able to exercise while doing my 5 day. I’m soooo grateful I built myself back up to that.

Here my stats for May fasting challenge: Lost 22.1 LBS. Completed 5 extended fasts (averaging 72.6 hours each). Worked out for 15 days (averaging 22.5 minutes per session) with average volume lifted 3,885 LBS per day. Walked an average of 7111 steps per day. Slept an average of 6.6 hours. Thanks Gerome for starting this challenge 🙏🏾

We have all fallen at some point, mainly thing is you acknowledged it and it can only make you stronger, I KNOW you can do this..we are all doing it right with you im 49 hours fasted going for 120 but if I can't get there I'll break earlier and will never think I've failed. ❤

Thank you for your insight into your diet, just want to break my silence rather than be a silent stalker subscriber. I have been losing consistently since I had been viewing your videos. Lemme find out Jerome is out here adding more veggies to his palate!! **mind blown enters the chat** YES!! Current weight:139.6 May 13th: 140.6 May 14th: 138.0 May 15th: 137.6 - broke a 68 hr fast for refeed. Had a 3 hr feeding window I'm now 24 hrs into another 67-69 hr rolling fast. Still doing 45 min walks 5-6 days a week I needed that food video Jerome!! Gave me energy to keep going. For some reason being able to eat vicariously through someone else keeps the hunger pains away. 🤣🤣 So glad to see you staying motivated!! 🎉🎉

I failed last month but this month, i'm on my 3 day of water fasting and i feel good. not even hungry at all, no craving.. nothing. So i am doing it as long as I can before I refeed and continue right after. I am 154cm and 94.7kg(starting weight) So hopefully I keep going for up to a week before refeed. Thank you for sharing your journey. It inspires me alot

I just found your channel a few days ago. You have certainly inspired me to fast. I first completed a 21 hour fast, then a 46 hour fast and am currently at 41 hours of a 72 hour fast. My plan is to do rolling 72's, 2 30 minute walks /day and I will start body weight exercise soon, until I am at my goal. In just 5 days I have lost 6.6lbs. I need to lose about 50 to be in the 'healthy' weight range and 70 to be in my preferred range. Thank you for the motivation. I am 5'2" Right now my stomach wont stop rumbling and I am so cold..but I am keeping my eyes on the prize! I hope this first few fasts will be the most difficult and that it will get easier.

I have been trying to loose weight after the lost of a dear one. I have been fasting on and off but not much has been going on … I self sabotage myself as I start seeing some success. The desire has been there but I have not giving myself the permission and as soon as life throws at me some curve balls, I get angry and break my fast and escape in food land. Today I started my journey of 90 hours fasting and I found your channel … So grateful! I will be accountable and allow myself to be free from weight loss mode once and for all

@@AbdiKarani the 100 days is pretty much a straight water fast but I include gatorade zero and other calorie free electrolytes. my goal is to lose 100lbs or more, I have about 83 lbs left to lose to hit that

Jerome i am sorry for starting late I started my fasting on 11 may and still going although it's not perfect i am basically only able to do omad and the max i did was a 36 hr fast but i have lost 2.4 kg in a week while eating whatever i want in a refeed. Fasting works wonders for me this week i will go full in as next week is my birthday hopefully i lose like 5-6 kg this week and reach my goal😊

A big binge has set me back on this challenge but I'm back to my starting weight again. I've learned more about fasting from this channel. I'm drinking more water and learned how to use the zero app. For me it's tough to do fasting because I need to prepare food for my family and my work provides us food to appreciate us and I feel like I need to eat to be polite there. Still I try to keep the calories low and steer away from sugar so I can continue fasting the rest of the days. Also I've noticed by doing my fasts that my gut feels so much better and I'm able to detox so I am enjoying this challenge in my way too.

Have you looked into incorporating periods of dry fasting into the routine? I find dry fasts generally easier and more effective. Also, do you have any loose skin issues?

PLEASE HELP !!!!!! Just found your channel today 5/19/24. I have been doing 18 hr intermittent fasting off and on for months. Really been interested in trying rotating 90hr water fast / re-feed for 4 to 6 hrs and repeat 90hrs water fasting and continue this cycle. I my goal is to loose 200lbs. However, I have a few questions: 1) Will i get sick after re-feeding? 2) How are bowel movements during fasting and will I have diarrhea after re-feed? 3) Will I have energy to strength train heavy while water fasting? 4)Will I lose muscle by water fasting? 5) Does water fasting truly reduce sagging skin as I lose weight ? 6) How should I load up on food before I fast and with what food? I currently do 18hrs fasting daily and eat whatever during my feeding window and only been drinking water and no other liquid for the last 6 months. I have a great electrolytes powder, B vitamins, ACV and vitamin D3 + K2 that I take daily. I’m switching to whole foods only now as well. I don’t have any health issues .

It's happened to me on occasion, but 9 times out of 10 I'm good. I can fast for a week and still eat like this and not have issues going to the bathroom. Your mileage may vary so continue to trial and error what works for you!

I am currently on my fifth 86-hour fast. I weigh myself once a week, and after losing over 13 pounds in the first week, I regained about 2 pounds in the second week! It's very discouraging. I have followed my fasting regimen perfectly, and my refeeds rarely exceed 2500 calories. Nevertheless, I continue. I am not exercising at the moment apart from my regular activities at home because I feel very weak during the fast, with a very foggy mind despite taking electrolytes and other supplements. What could be the cause of weight gain despite a prolonged 86-hour fast and refeeds at 2300 calories?

I eat as much as I can during my refeeds to the point I feel nauseous. It seems fasting has reduced my stomach and I feel full very very quickly. I have a 6-8 eating window, so I really take my time to eat, mainly whole food and home prepared. I don't know what else to do.

List what you eat during your window, and I or someone else could advise you. Also, other factors that can affect weight loss are how much sleep you’re getting and how much you have to lose.

If you crave something salty also I eat yogurt with prebiotics(Danone Activia is the best),it always works. I'll skip the 886 calories salad I'll skip it,its too fatty,and saupoudrer the cashews with fresh pistachios&green almonds (we have that in the Mediterranean coast).

So your averaging ~2000 calories per day if you divide the 6000 calorie refeed over the 3 days you fast. So I assume your cardio and strength training are what’s really putting you in a deficit. Good job!

Ok I am in . Starting w8: 84kg Goal weight: 64kg Ps : I have already done rolling 72’s for a month. Had done 26 days of water fasting n 10 to 15 days of water fasting in the past. It’s nothing new to me but I really wanted to do it this way n try to stick with the routein ❤️.

I fasted for 4 days straight and ate for 4 hours and repeated the process for 5 months. Now I fast for 2.5-3 days straight and eat for 5 hours and I’ve been repeating that process for the last 2 months
