i'm japanese,I met chinese family inTokyo today. the chinese father lost in there hamamatsucho and he ask me how to go to tokyo monorail station.but he couldn't talk english and japanese❗even he couldn't understand 【second floor】or【station】or【building】・・・ I can't understand chinese,but japanese and chinese can write Kanji,so we can talk each ohter by wrote Kanji in smartphone 😁 Kanji has mean itself,and so we could understand each ohter by writing thing,even don't know how to say👍

That is a pretty big cultural issue with them I agree, but a lot of people here in the West would do the same and not get involved with people in trouble its worse in terms of getting involved your entire livelihood can be ruined if you protect someone from a murderer if you hurt the murderer a tad too much..
