I do really want to be fit and in shape but I started doing these not for my body but for my mind. .they have helped me so much with pulling myself up from a very dark place. That is why I stuck with it...when I would get down I would do a video and it always made me laugh and feel good...you guys really have something special to offer...God Bless You!
I wish I would have known how incredibly effective a good workout is for my mental health when I was in my 20’s and “happy” weighing 320lbs. I’m in my 50’s now, in goodish shape, I have lots of loose skin, knee replacement old age stuff. Working out has literally saved me in so many ways.

I'm celebrating my first year anniversary of working out with TBP. Absolutely love it. I've never enjoyed exercise so much. I've lost 4 stone/56 pounds. Trying to maintain and build muscle and strength (which I'm finding difficult) I much prefer cardio. Thank you TBP family.
Man - I remember doing this workout a year ago, and struggling with balance and leg strength. Now this is a workout I do on my more "rested" cardio days. So amazing what a year of consistency will do. I can't wait to see what another year will bring!
I love this workout so much! I am about 30 pounds over weight and I am now having abdominal issues and deal with anxiety. When I do these work outs I feel so accomplished and good about myself. I can't thank this team enough for bringing us such fun exercise. I have tried different videos and the gym and none compare to Body Project! I am so thankful! and P.S. I really love the kick boxing! Its my favorite!
I would like to share my personal experience of following Body projects workouts. I have never thought that Brian workouts are going to really help me. I started at the weight of 107kg in December 2022 and in less than 4 months I am now at 90 KG. I have been working out 5 times a week with all kinds of low impact and moderate intense workouts. These workouts are really doable and melt my fats like butter. Thank you Body Project for posting such great videos and helping others from all around the world.

Alex! This by far was your best video for under 30 minutes. Typically you do a lot of dance movements and it’s hard for me to coordinate my body to move like you do. This one felt like an actual workout! My leggings were super tight fitting all day. After this amazing workout I have now stretched out my leggings to feel more lose . Thank you! Been three months working out with this team and i went from 121kgs to 100kgs with a diet.. this is the best thing ive done all year. I’m gonna keep doing them cause this goal of mine is right there :)
I would like to say this is the best 25 minute cardio blast workout I've ever had, I love the body projects so much that I even sure what different people and they've even started working out with y'all so thank you from Henrico Virginia....💜💜💜 I just burned 176 calories
I'm sick, I've got cramps, I've got a headache, I've felt dizzy all day, but I also didn't want to ruin the routine I've developed. Despite all of the mental challenges I finished the workout! It wasn't the best I could have done, but I'm so happy I did it. I was this close to quiting 8 minutes in, but I remember what Daniel always said about how showing up makes me the winner. So I told myself "Atleast watch the whole video" and of course, I couldn't sit still, I joined in again.

I am so glad that I found this workout, I have terrible coordination, so having simple, repeated movements really helps me! Such a great workout - idefinitely have a glow!

I'm surprised at which speed the WARM UP starts. It always looks like they've been warming up for a few minutes. But apart from that - great work out. Love kickboxing.

OMG, I love how I feel after this sweet little workout! I wasn't sure a kick boxing inspired workout would be fun or interesting for me, but it sure was - I'm drenched in sweat and feeling clear headed and energized. Nice split screen to demo the upcoming moves. Easy cues to follow. And great tunes! I watched and did many many workout video from weight training to cardio. This channel by far the best. Low impact yet toning the body. This channel will be my long term workout friend.
I wasnt motivated to exercise and when I saw this one I thought hmm not sure if I am going to enjoy this one..... well it was fab! Really enjoyed this one shall stick to this one all week - thank you - you guys are so appreciated. Take care!

I was always told that kickboxing would be too hard for someone in my shape. However, this video gave me that I can build up my kickboxing skills and achieve an optimal level of health. Thank you for providing this valuable resource.
Got through this with 5-10lb weights. Used a really rigid weight belt to support by back and it helped so much with my spine issues . No pain. Thank you

Love love love TBP and do the exercises almost every day. Daniel is so motivating and funny, my partner watches me doing the exercises and loves the motivation however obviously not motivating enough to make him do the exercises with me 🙄 one day I will get him up doing them 😂 I’m on a weight loss journey and I’m glad I found TBP ❤
Been following my body project workouts since early July coupled with a healthy diet, lost 2 kgs and I can definitely see a huge change. 2 kgs were a lot for my body as I wasn't overweight at all. However, I have built strong muscles around my arms ( they slimed down A LOT), built abs, and built strong legs that my knees are no longer suffering due to weak muscles. All I did was to do a 30 mins body project exercise daily (or at least 4 times/week) for the last 3 months.
These workouts like every video is so nice. It's a real workout you can feel the muscles going and the sweat pouring but it's not completely breaking my knees. My marine boyfriend was like I just don't see tge benefit for these. And I was like its mostly just a different form of cardio for people who don't want to just get on an elliptical or don't have one. It makes it fun. I've lost 17 lbs by eating better and doing these type of workouts. Soo. I hope to be doing two of these videos a day.
