Ingredients:
Green Beans 250 Gr
Rice 2 1/2 Cups
Chopped Onion 2 Medium
Ground Beef 250 Gr
Liquid saffron 1/3 Cup
Tomato Paste 2 Tbsp
spice 1 Tsp
Turmeric 1 Tsp
Cinnamon Powder 1 Tsp
Ground pepper
Salt
Veg oil
Water
Sesame
Potato
Instructions:
Soak the rice in a pot for 30 mins.
Soak 1/4 Tsp Saffron in 1/3 cup boiling water for 20 Minutes.
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Sauté the green beans until they change color slightly
Add onion and Sauté until golden brown, add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
Add in spice ,turmeric, Ground pepper, cinnamon and salt and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add in tomato paste and liquid saffron Mix well until everything is combined.
Drain the rice and wash it.
Bring water with some salt to a boil in a pot.
Pour the rice into boiling water and continue boiling until the rice is tender.
Drain the tendered rice.
Combine the green beans mixture with the rice.
Pour some oil on the bottom of the pot.
Then add some sesame and put the sheets potatoes on the bottom of the pot.
Finally, pour the rice and green bean mixture into the pot.
cover and cook on low flame for 20 mins.(For best results, cover the lid of the pot with a napkin).
