When I had this kart the clutch that was on it was a comet 30 series torque converter

it had a 3 staged jpipe header on it. its stock besides that

I think your best bet for a bicycle would be harbor freights 3hp motor. Perfect size and shape for a bike. Either that or an old 2 or 3 horse Briggs motor if you could find something like that.

Lol paddle. Srry I find that funny. Anyway you make the gokart go by connecting throttle cable to your pedal and the other end of the cable goes to the throttle of the engine and on the throttle there should be a screw with almost a casing around it and a hole in the middle. Stick the throttle cable in the hole and tighten the screw and that's how u connect the go pedal. The brakes u have to have a brake caliper and I would recommend disc brakes. I don't know as much about the brakes as I do the throttle but I think u have to connect the disc for the brakes to either your axle or the hub of the tire. Either one. Then you connect the open part of the brake caliper to the disc and find a way to anchor your brake caliper to the go kart. Then u take the brake cable and connect it to the pedal and then to ur caliper so that when you pull your cable it will pull the open part of ur caliper closed around your disc brakes. And that way when u need to stop just hit the brake pedal and that will pull the cable which with close around the disc which is connected to the tire which will stop the tire... Hope that helped...

It depends. If you want something with reliability than get the 90cc Honda. But if you want something with more power and for 90$ get the predator. It will last longer if you do not uninstall the governer maybe 3-5 years of daily use

Did u try and start it again? A big problem with the predators is the fact that they have and oil level sensor. So when you go around a corner the oil moves away from the sensor which causes automatic shutdown

Never had the time to wire it but I think the motor has a stater. Not to sure though

I did it a longgggg time ago. If my mind serves me correctly I didn't have to do anything differently. It was kind of a pain fitting the engine through the roll cage but I slipped it in. Everything bolted in correctly

yeah about 30 to 35 I have the same but a one seater with torque converter and racing sprocket and live axle does about 40-43 :) these are great for donuts

Thanks for the feedback! I got this engine from www.harborfreight.com for 90$ it will be listed as 119$ but you can easily get a 20% off coupon online. Very dependable engine for a cheap price can't beat it for the price and quality of it.

With me and my brother in it the kart can easily hit 25mph with two people. It has plenty of power. Single rider can reach about 30mph. (Governer is still on my engine) it is also very good going up hill.

+Ashton Moselle how big is the engine? If the engine is the same size as the predator you can just do a direct swap. I had a 6 hp Tecumseh on this previously and the predator just bolted right on the the gokart and the clutch fit right on it had the same shaft and mounts

Thats basically what the Predator motor he put on there is. Just a clone, but with how well they hold up you'd hardly be able to tell the difference.

The Gx200 is higher quality. Cast iron block vs cheap aluminum, better tolerances, more fuel efficient even with modified and can survive longer modified.
