@@sarahdrenth1540 insanity from what I understand is very hard to prove. Even when you are insane, you have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the defendant was insane at the time he committed the crimes.
when doc gets through talking each time he perks up his shoulder and lick his lips cause he know he was telling the truth and knew exactly what he was talking about. i like doc fr this man needs a rehabilitation institutionalized not a jail itllhave no effect he is a good person just bad decision honestly i feel like if u aint grow up like we did like he did also especially youll never understand why he had that reaction he calls warrior mode. he had to be in that mode all his life and when u blank out u just loose all sight of reality type good responsible decisions. god will forgive him.
Sadly though, all the more reason he needs to be away from others. Would you trust his living next to you and your loved ones after hed been rehabilitated? Would you trust his ability to control his impulses?
This man not only looks great for his age, he has to be the most intelligent doctor for his line of work . Just think of the case of George Floyd had of happened when this court case was going on.
@@robinsmith5655 u aren’t schizophrenic or psychotic thought u. My friend was schizophrenic and thought that his next door neighbours were out to kill him and his family, so he got into warrior mode to hurt or kill them first. He had to be medicated more because of his paranoid schizophrenic feelings of mistrust of most people he came across. He ended up taking his own life, probably because he couldn’t deal with the demons within himself anymore.
My son my friend shows son is gone for this I don't know what my son do every night I wish up that up there to him to my Sunday to my son that I love him to my baby girl I love her too
What I want to know is why were so many women sleeping with this man and he may not know how to read but he surely knew how to pull his pants down and get some
I think this witness helped me understand why the mitigating factors should be considered in determining the punishment for the defendant. However, he should never be eligible for parole.
Dr Dunn is enlightening - a lot of truth in what he said. However I believe that if anyone cannot afford to provide the basic support to a child i.e. food, care, shelter & education then don't bring a child into this world and expect society and government to be burdened with it. It results in producing a likely potential menace to society.
She was married to his father who was in the military at the time. Why would she think that her husband would become abusive and her son would become (to paraphrase the doctor) mentally ill? And now I’m forced to defend this horrible monster. The better question is what is wrong with Florida that they had all this information on him and he’s facing the death penalty? If Dr. Dunn’s diagnosis is correct shouldn’t there be an option for life in a mental institution? Idk my heart goes out the the victims family and I would’ve came back with the same verdict if I was on that jury, but then Florida is like, oh btw he’s mentally I’ll we just couldn’t tell you until now. Just weird.
And he's not delusional that's what they are saying but he's really not delusional I think he's very educated and smart Mister big-mouthed know-it-all blabbermouth
The real question is what is wrong with Florida that they had all this information on him and he’s facing the death penalty? If Dr. Dunn’s diagnosis is correct shouldn’t there be an option for life in a mental institution? Idk, my heart totally goes out the the victims and their family and I would’ve came back with the same guilty verdict if I was on that jury with all the information put forward, but then Florida is like, “oh btw, now that y’all found him guilty he’s mentally I’ll we just couldn’t tell you until now”. Just weird. I wonder what other states do this. Or did Markeith refuse a psych evaluation. I’ll definitely have to look into it more.
Why don't we all give the fat defence lawyer some credit for the tremendous effort he's putting in to save this guy's life! he's leaving no stone unturned here. he's been abused by commenters throughout the trial. Perhaps a bit of humble pie is due now.
@@marylamb7707 I did hesitate but it's an accurate descriptor and I think it's one of the reasons why people are so critical of him. I'm standing up for him. I think he did a really good job in this case. But I take your point absolutely.
@@sarahdrenth1540 I agree. I only mention it because, youtube commentors can be so mean, id hate to see your very observant point of view turn sour. The job this man did would be like making an ice sculpture out of a mound of raw meat. Thank you for pointing that out.
@@dorothym8738 The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) defines serial killing as "a series of two or more murders, committed as separate events, usually, but not always, by one offender acting alone".
That's the most ingard question in world doctor how much u make by prosecutors like it matters the justice system is sad the sob are be killed the authority not the defendant
Markeith murdered a pregnant girl. Markeith sold dope and robbed people He gave money from dope sales to his mutha He was illiterate and she did Nothing..she took the dope money but no tutoring ..way to go mom!
Well done Markeith. Let your true colors fly. That last comment to the judge was the perfect end to your desperate attempt to fool and control everyone. Nice try dude. But, seriously, just NO !!!! But just for fun, I’m gonna go back and watch it one more time 😳
