Maurer & Wirtz Tabac Original Cologne For Men (2014) 

I use the tabac shaving soap and brush with the aftershave splash, very creamy soap and a refresing old school finish to the shave. I dont expect it to be the same as a edt or parfum but that is not the whole point of an aftershave splash. Proraso make some good splashes too.

I'm familiar with Tabac Original EdC (1959). I've also smelled Haar Tabac (= hair Tabac) but can't remember its smell anymore. Anyway, the Original works nice in hair too: splash your hands, run your fingers through your hair, and you're done! It'll smell long time...

I have the edc too and it totally gives me the rugged blue jeans vibe. Not blue jeans the fragrance but the pants. 😂 White shirt, thin brown leather jacket and 2 daughters. 🤣 The sensitive, warm and caring father. Nailed it Joy.

Tabac Cologne is one of my all time favorites. Awesome juice! Excellent review as usual.

EDC smells amazing but simply does not last. as for the aftershave it is less citressy but more soapy and last way longer than the cologne. yet to try EDT

The audio is much better than before

Nice insight! This and Brut are the all time stars of European men grooming products. Sebastian Jara and Ashley praised the Tabac Fire Power flanker and it's great and you should try it. It's modern, better blended and quite long lasting compared to the original. Cheers!

I'm getting the whole set The edc 10 oz, aftershave, shave soap, deodorant and body wash. All cheap and came out to $58!

I have the edt, very durable! At far drydown it reminds me guerlain vetiver extreme, on my skin the vetiver is very prominent...

Chanel No.5 for men. Literally - some c#5 perfume got on my jacket and a week later the base oils left smelt like tabac. Iirc half the notes are shared. Anyway it is an objectivity distinct, generic, and timeless at the same time fragrance. Long live Tabac Original. I have a 455ml bottle of edc. Beautiful stuff. Do not drop the bottle cap. It wil fracture irreparably. I have to also say that Tabac is a flamboyant fragrance in its own way in that one needs to have a sense of confidence to rock the floral profile. I know alot of guys think this is too flowery. Once again Tabac is to me the epitome of men's fragrance. It's fantastic stuff

This EDC is one of the harshest, most unpleasant fragrances I've ever bought. I threw it away. Wasn't even worth the $9 I paid for it. Baucheron is a much better alternative.
