I was yelling to you, as you were filling the egg bite containers, you forgot to leave room for the be veggies...I thought you were mixing them together. I also thought the veggies were cut kind of large to do that. Lol. Love your channel.

Those divided glass containers look like it will fit perfectly in my HotLogic. Have you had any problems with liquid spilling between the dividers or anything?
Each person is different. I do simply because my doctor wants me tracking proteins Plus I share for those not doing weight watchers.. But true...if you do just WW, they do the science for you so you just track points and that's it.
I think for that difference would just be a couple of points. It's mostly because there's more fat that makes it higher in points. To be honest, if I'm making ground beef that I cook before adding to something, I just cook it and rinse it through a strainer afterwards to rinse any of the remaining fat off - then I consider it extra lean. But that's just me. I do know when it comes to ground turkey and turkey breast, the ground turkey (93%) is 4 points and the turkey breast is 0. But sometimes you need a little fat in there to help things so they aren't as dry - and some fat is actually good for satiability. ;) Hope that was somewhat helpful.
