The idea of being in the present moment is a powerful one when it comes to anxiety, depression and calming an overactive mind. Depression can arise when thinking about and living in the past. Anxiety can show up when thinking about and living in the future. Whether your thoughts are in the past or the future, an overthinking mind can bring turmoil to your world and experience.

Meditation is a process of lightening up manifestation.guide of trusting the basic goodness of what we have and who we are, and of realizing that any wisdom that exists, exists in what we already have. Psilocybin saved my life. I was addicted to heroin for 15 years and after Psilocybin treatment I will be 3 years clean in September. I have zero cravings. This is something that truly needs to be more broadly used in addiction treatment.

Psychedelics saved me from vears of uncontrollable depression, anxiety and illicit pill addiction. imagine carrving heavy chains for over a decade and then all of a sudden that burden is gone. Believe it or not in a couple years they'll be all over for treatment of mental health related issues.

My anxiety was at a 10/10. Normally this would last hours or days at this level. I randomly chose this vid and seriously in 3 minutes, I was completely relaxed and my panic is GONE. I am so grateful I could cry! SAVE THIS VIDEO!! ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you for giving me a clue on how to end my never-ending pain. I’ve suffered from stress, anxiety and depression for many years. It has in turn given me several other illnesses and somatic symtoms. Thanks to stress, four years ago I started having intense chronic pain focused around my sternum. Since then I’ve had a couple hours in total of no pain at all, seemingly random. I’ve been looking for a way to get rid of the pain, and nothing works. I mean nothing. But as I listened to this, the pain subsided and was completely gone for a few minutes. I almost cried. Best guided meditation that I’ve found so far! Even a short break from the pain means the world to me. I’m going to try this again. Maybe it will cure me completely one day.

You may be curious to look into the work of Joe Dispenza. He explains the science and understanding behind how you can heal your body through deep meditation. It seems to have helped a lot of people heal and I’ve tried it on minor things and it worked wonders for me. Hope you enjoy it and that you can start healing yourself emotionally and physically.

I find as I'm getting older (53) I'm more and more not at peace. My mind is overactive, self doubt is kicking in way more often. Im doing more "what if's" as well. Found this video helpful I will do it again. At the end my body felt more relaxed then my mind. At one point I cried just a little not sure what that was maybe I'm just trying to release something? 🙃 🤔 I read some of the comments so my hope to all of you is you find a calm and peaceful state wherever you may need it 🙏 ❤️

This really helped! Had suffered from overactive, scattered mind a few days now, always wanting to do 100 things at once, resulting in stress. I listened to it today in the morning and it totally calmed me down immediately and for the whole day! Really helps to remember to stay JUST in the current moment, focus on one thing at a time. Thank you!

This video almost without fail helps shut my brain down to help me fall asleep very quickly. It’s been a godsend in my life during times of insomnia. It’s basically the perfect combination of things to calm my brain down to where it’s ready to sleep.

I loved this meditation. I suffer of anxiety and depression and I was having a panick attack. My heart beat was very high and I needed to calm down. I'm so happy to have found this video. I relaxed and even feel better with my emotions. I check my heart beat right after and it has slowed down 😊 I think I'll listen this video once a day, it's very powerfull 💖

Came upon this meditation while scanning for something new. I like to meditate for about 20 minutes in the morning so this fit the bill. The beautiful calming voice of Sara sets the stage nicely. I enjoyed the 'focus' beginning too, it brought me more quickly into a meditative state than I have experienced before. The body scan and prompts were all very well placed for a great meditation. Thank you Mindful Movement! Wonderful start to the day.

This really opened my mind - if I could go from "anxious, freaking out about the future and past mistakes" to "I am standing next to a body of water and I am calm" it truly means I can always alter how I feel in a given moment. So if I have a choice someplace I thought I have no control - that's life changing. THANK YOU for this meditation.

For the past 3 days, my mind has been a scattered mess. I would constantly have 2 or 3 thoughts going at once, all at 100 miles per hour. I was all over the place, forgetful, overwhelmed, and panicked. So, during one of the rare instances that I'm home alone, went searching for a guided meditation that could help ease my scattered mind. I stumbled upon this one, and decided to give it a go. I am overjoyed that I did. This meditation did wonders for me. The voice was gentle and comforting, the sound of waves and music in the background added a cushion of sorts when listening so that it was easier to follow. The actual meditation itself felt fantastic. It feels as though my mind went and took a bath, and my body like it slept for 10 hours and woke up relaxed and without tension. Laying here, my thoughts aren't all over the place. I'm able to direct my thoughts in a way thats calm but concise. I'm no longer overwhelmed by everything I have expected of me. If anything, I feel relaxed, at peace, and like my mind organized itself into calm categories of self love and ease. Thank you so much for this meditation, because it is wonderful and has made me feel like I can finally relax. I'm adding this meditation to my regime of self care, and will be back to visit and take a listen every 3 days or so, to keep me at peace as best as I can. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❣️

This is the best meditation I have ever experienced and i have been meditating fot over 50 years. Not all the time but a lot. Today before this one the man in your picture taught me a new way to breathe and relax. I was having so much fear of war. My blood pressure was way up and took it after his new to me way to breathe and it was normal. What a service you do to humanity thank you so much. I will rember the mans name but laughed so much at his introduction I missed it.

I did this meditation and it only felt like I was doing it for 5 minutes not 23 minutes! I felt so calm after this and it helped me become more present! Thank you!!

I have been doing this meditation every now n then and it has given me wonderful results. My rushing thoughts calm down and my mind is at peace within few minutes. 👍👍 The voice giving instructions is also soothing and calming.
