Dear Sarah I began your meditations in January of 2021 when I started my journey of working toward physical self healing. I come to you every day to give my body and mind the gift of your meditations as I wait in joyous hope for my manifestation of complete health. This was very beautiful and so calming and I just want to thank you and let you know how truly grateful I am, as I am sure many are, for sharing your heart with me each day. I, too, had the good fortune ("Divine Intervention?"?) to stumble unto Sara a.few years ago & found the the soothing calmness of her words & voice & background music, a reservoir of peace in my "lost" world . This is helping me heal through my pain . It helps me to feel grounded and strong, through a particularly dark time in my life. My Mountain is blue with white snow on top and is surrounded by tall Pine Trees 🌲 🗻 thank you so, so much Mindful movement for this beautiful, beautiful meditation. May all beings find the strength to carry on through life and keep strong, calm and serene. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🌹💚

Dear Saha! You are always assertive and sweet in your different meditations, your voice gives me this feeling. I meditate with you all the time, I am never disappointed on your focus and I admire all the approches you work with!! You take to practice most theorical recomendations of Garbor Maté and other neuroscientists to improve pain management (and other conditions)and all reasons underneath

it would be nice if you just 'talk to us'... don't tell us to relax and breath deep and breath....... just talk with out stopping..... just yap along about YOU walking along and doing things...... make us concentrate on YOU talking...... not on US.......... forget about the body parts......... Please....... Most of all? don't stop talking........ Thank you.....

Maybe try another of her meditations. This is similar to Yoga Nidra which I value, and don't want any changes.
