This video works every time. 133/85 before video. 124/82 after. I’ve been higher and it always lowers my pressure. Life saver!

I love this relaxation, I've been suffering anxiety following PTSD and my BP has been higher as a result..when I feel my BP and my anxiety rising I've been doing this session and although sometimes the effect doesn't last long, it does work. I find im very dependent on meditation voices for success and (female voices for me being much less effective) and your voice is wonderfully calming.
