Stock up. I made my first order last month. Ordered 2 leave ins and 1 cream. Free shipping over $45. Since the cream had such good reviews, I took the risk.

As soon as Melanin hits the stores, I'd give the entire line a shot, but since I can get my giovanni conditioner for under $6 a bottle...its easier to get and cost effective.

When it comes to de tangling before I wash my hair I try to do it as cheaply as possible lol. I usually use sauve coconut conditioner, and a mix of my Ayurvedic oil. It's cheap, it comes in a big size, and it's silicone free. I'm definitely too cheap to use something that costs almost $30 lol.

Yess! I've been looking out for this review on my subscription list. Thanks for making a review. I definitely believe that I'll be getting this when it's in stock, though I'm international which makes it extra expensive. I want to use less products this year so I hope I'll mainly stick with melanin haircare.

If you're noticing changes in your hair, it could be because it's getting longer. The look of your hair, and how the curls lay will continue to change as it grows heavier with length. One thing that might be worth trying is avoiding silicones in your shampoos. I am also not opposed to silicones in leave-ins and styling products. But I think it's best to get my hair as clean as possible, without silicones or other build-up causing products before deep conditioning my hair. Thanks so much for your review.

I just got Whitney's products a few weeks ago. I am in love with her products. I just got a major haircut my hair just wasn't behaving right anymore. Anywho the leave in with the creame are the truth!!! They are perfect, as for the oil I use it on my hair and all over my body. Love all 3 products. Melanin haircare, texture id, and the garnier fructis curl treat hydrating smoothie and butter are my 3 staples.👌The leave in has hella slip. I loveeee it olus it smells amazing❤🤗

Lol shipping to Canada and other places out of the US is painful but I will definitely repurchase the entire trio. I'm so happy the containers are so BIG!!! They last a long time so that is definitely a plus.

Great review, love the honesty! Your hair separates so easily and you can see almost individual strands when you comb through. My hair immediately wraps around itself when take down to comb through. I'm hoping it will get better as it grows out and the length is retained.

Can you update us on how your hair feels the day after? Does it help retain moisture?

Beautiful hair. Have you tried the Tresemme Propure conditioner(no silicone, parabens, dyes)? I use that as a leave-in, and the Giovanni Silk Conditioner as a deep conditioner.

Struggling to find a silicone free conditioner without wasting money 😖 I've used Herbal Essence Hello Hydration conditioner since my big chop in 2014. The only other conditioners I've been cool with are Aussie Moist and Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingle. Idk what to dooooo lol 😆 may try melanin, but.. 💵💵💵

why does it look like the conditioner is just sitting on top of your hair before and after you use heat....... I would love to try the melanin line when she restock, dont like the shipping fee tho, its what held me back from purchasing it, but if you spend $45 US or $75(which is a lot) international shipping is free. time to save lol

That housecoat you had on was annoying AF. I'm sure it absorbed some of your product. Your hair was shining and it looked moisturized.

I'm not a fan of multi-use products. They are too broad. I like my products to target one area specifically.

The shipping is literally the only thing stopping me. It makes no sense.

When you used it as a conditioner and said you feel like you have to use more, yup😑. Its such a good product but i can get two full washes out of one bottle. I feel like I’m wasting it
