Very good work so far, may I suggest that you also replace the timing chain as it is a known weak point on this engine that usually fails at around 200000 kms. It would be very easy to do now that you are in there and you can save the cam gears from getting worn by a stretched chain. Also the newer version of the OEM chain is much more durable and does not cost much. Also I would estimate that the oil-in-coolant/coolant-in-oil issue is caused by either the o-rings on the water channels on the front lower timing cover or the oil cooler/oil cooler seals as those are rare but also known faults of this engine type. I have only seen 2 of these engines that had leaky head gaskets out of very many I have maintained, but those were on very high mileage (>300000kms) engines that were used for drifting i.e. under high loads constantly

I did recently headgasket on 2013 c250 m271 1.8 l turbo and when doing headbolts, i did proper torque and just 2 90 degree turns, supposedly by manual, but headgaslet still leaking. Ive found some video of m271 assembly where they do 4 90 degree turns and it feels like I need to do more 90 degree turns, I ruled out other possibilities of head gaslet leaking. Please, thank you in advance!

Wondering if you could give any advice I just finished a timing chain job so chain tensioner guides and sprockets put everything back together and the car ran very lumpy at first then settled but still a little lumpy and then I got a EML light code was for camshaft position actuator p0010. Any idea what this could be?
