Doesn't help me as Ive upgraded to a 10c evo...but I love the fact that Sena are continuing to help older headsets, nothing worse than having to upgrade a headset you love. Well done Sena

30K, I can't plug in the upgrade. Is there any other way?

Sena will the MESH 2.0 update work with Harley branded headsets?

I'll believe it when I see it work. The current mesh 30k firmware absolutely sucks unless you're less than 50' from the other riders. My wife and I try mesh and then almost always go back to bluetooth because we can't communicate unless she's drafting off my back wheel.

Mesh 2.0 works great, 5 30ks, 1 20s Evo no problem.

Ever since I upgraded to this firmware I have had nothing but issues with my Sena. My voice commands no longer work and it randomly turns off all the time.

My friends and I have the sena 10 and 5 .. if we get the sena mesh adapters will they all work together ? And if I up grade to a 50k will it link up with there 10 and 5 sena with the mesh adapter ??

When is this firmware available to download?

You should add USB 3.0 support. There are many people out there trying to update their senas with USB 3.0 or higher.

I have updated my Sena 30K to the new 2.0 software. But I am unable to talk to all my friends who have also made the new update. I still however can talk to my friends that have not made the new update. What can I do to remove and reinstall the new software?

We have updated to firmware 3.0.1 for the Sena 30K. We have choosen a channel to communicate on (5) Now we are repeatedly hearing Sena telling us "Mesch Intercom Disabled, Bleutooth intercom Enabled", "Mesch intercom Enabled". We dit not bleutooth paired our devices with each other. After the message we are still able to speak to eachother so it seems the mesh is still working. After a few moments we will hear Sena telling us "Mesh intercom enabled, Channel 5". Still we are able to speak with eachother. Why we are getting these annoying messages constantly is therefore a big question. Did the 30K make a bleutooth connection instead of a mesh without us having to pair them? Something else the interface for mesh is changed significantly, but the documentation is not updated. Can we change mesh channels from the Sena Device or via Voice commands? What is mesh grouping, is this a substitution for private, public mode. Realy poor information for such a big change in the firmware.

Does it mean that Mesh 2.0 and Mesh 1.0 can't work together ? What happens when a few riders are on Mesh 2.0 and a few on the older Mesh 1.0 version?

Intercom failure every five seconds , apple card play seems to disappear as well. Speakers ,its like listening through a soda can no bass.

Nothing but problems wince I got it. You think with how damn expensive this thing is it would work right.

Doesn't help that you don't stand by your products. Here's the final resolution from your service reps to my issue of firmware crapping out at 8% of the firmware update: "Based on your response it issue most likely pertains to the hardware of Mesh itself. "I understand that you have a OEM Schuberth SC2 headset. "If your headset is defective, unfortunately, Sena can only provide tech support to OEM products. In this case, please contact your dealer where you purchased the headset from or Schuberth for an RMA. You will be eligible if you are within the factory warranty period and can provide a copy of the dated purchase receipt and the serial number." So a) I cannot update the firmware of my SC-2 on my Schuberth C5. b) I cannot get a replacement unit in a timely and reasonable manner _from Sena_ c) This whole situation sux eggs.

So, when you upgrade you will no longer be able to communicate with 99% of the Sena's out there but can with the 1% that have 50R/S? Really?

L'application plante, et depuis très très longtemps. Pas moyen de faire des mises à jour ou régler mon sena 30k. Si j'étais le patron de ceux qui travaillent pour çà, j'aurais mis cette personne, et son équipe à la porte, ça ferait un méchant boutte ! Très déçu de sena pour le prix payer. 🧐👎

I gotta be honest with guys, I’m really disappointed with Senna, a $30 BT-S2 intercom I bought from eBay works better than the 30K I have from you guys, I can’t hear anything once I go above 30 mph, and this stupid headset keeps telling me “mwah intercom failure try again later” message every time I’m riding, I already tried everything to fix this issue, I can’t listen to music because I keep on getting this message, I heard it could be from the microfone auto detect, so I have to turn mesh on, and turn off my microphone so I don’t get this stupid message, really disappointed with the quality of the product, the 20s was a good device, the 30k sucks, don’t waste your money.
