Thx for uploading another video! U r so right about the background music: from the first time I heard it I thought it was horrible! So, the program will teach you patience, too! I started Meta-Omni 7 days ago, did the measurements (including circumferences, weight, body fat and muscle%) and took honest before photos.... Thanks to your vlogs, I'm pumped and excited.... hoping to report great changes! my 90 days will be done mid Aug!
Hey Rachel, good news & bad news: my ankles are perfectly back to normal-found another cardio that that leaves me sweating like crazy! Bad news, I compared my before & after photos (40 days apart) things look worse and my measurements have not really changed! I'm thinking of adding back my large muscle workout and do TA maybe 0nce or twice/week to keep the accessory muscles alive!
Hi there, I just started day 11....this is much more fun (if fun really is the word!) than level 1! Still no noticeable changes, but I will keep with it! BTW, I compared Meta Omni days 11-20 with Meta Abcentric, they are identical, frame by frame! (Yes, I have that much time on my hand!:D)
How exciting! You are off to the races! Whats so interesting about the results, is its as if they are barely there - then BAM! You will be taking a shower and noticing lifts in different places - at least that is what happened to me. Thats good to know that there isn't much difference! I have time on my hands too haha - I am pretty sure that level 4 - nearly certain - is a little different with Omni - that's when I had checked it out. Excited for you and what is to come!
I did all 4 years of Meta/ Continuity back in 2016 and moved onto Streaming. Love it! It is my understanding that Level 1 and 9 of Meta is the same for all four centrics. Omni and Hip share the same odd levels (even numbered levels are different. Same for Glute and Ab centric. All odd levels are the same; even levels 2, 4, 6, 8 are different. Hope that helps :)
Hi there, Just wanted to report back, that I started level 3 a few days ago and I like this better than level 2 and 1!! I still wish she didnt do all of the leg moves on the shoulders and wrists, sometimes I have to stop a move because of the stress on my shoulders/wrists...But I will keep going! 😊 Re my ankles, happy to report that after stopping the dance cardio a few weeks ago, I can walk with no pain....and I can do light cardio again! Excited to go through the levels....and hoping for the changes to appear soon! 😊
WAY TO GO!!!! One tip to reduce the pressure on your wrists and hips may be to engage your core. I’ll see what other tips I may find too. You may be surprised how the results can appear out of nowhere!

@@geolorifbk personally I do muscular in the morning (better focus and awareness) and cardio in the evenings (or on my ¨rest days¨) to get rid of stress/ clear the mind after whole day :)) And about the hours- instead of counting daily, I cound them weekly or even monthly!
I'm new to the TA workout. I started a couple of months ago. When did you see your waist going down when you first started TA? I'm getting discouraged and I'm doing her workouts every day. I love your channel on how you are passionate about the TA method.
It may just be me. But some days, or moments I should probably say, I LOVE the way I look, other days/moments not as much. But that doesn’t answer your question, it was probably after a few weeks that I noticed a difference. Even more so, when I incorporated dance cardio! Are you doing meta? Or are you on the online studio?
@@RundownwithRachel I'm doing meta and I see fast results in my legs and arms. Ive tried other programs. TA is the only program that has worked and I love it. I love your videos because you really care and are helpful.
Ok, folks. All these so called original moves are just combinations of dance💃 🕺 hip hop, yoga 🧘♀️ and martial arts. Do at your own risk ⚠️ because Tracey Anderson has never been certified in any way for physics, engineering, orthopedics, martial arts, yoga or dance. I dance to music 🎶 1/2 hr each day and walk 45 mins each day and I am in perfect, expertly trained condition. My favorite song to dance to is THIEVES by IDLES!!
Are the dvd workouts 60 min? I just ordered and access the digital download but the workout was only 29 min! Or do we just take the same 30 min dance cardio each day? Thanks!

Hey!!! I have never followed her meal plan. Instead I follow intuitive eating - which to me means, eating only when I’m actually hungry - which may sound ridiculous 🤣 I also intentionally eat the type of foods that I find satiate me. Excited for your meta journey! Be sure to take progress photos and tune into how your body feels. ❤️

I love this video Rachel. It’s your best yet, and your true personality is coming out! You are so funny! I just started level 8 of metamorphosis and I’m finding it tough. But, I think I said that on every level but one. Im still enjoying it! Im trying not to ogle myself in the mirror too much, because I tend to see results randomly when I’m not TRYING to see them.

Are you going to do Continuity next? I love your observation and couldn’t agree more. With TA results it’s as if the more you trust in the process the more you will see the transformation unexpectedly!!! As important as the mirror is for form and engagement it’s a love/hate relationship 😂
Hi. On level 3 of Metamorph abcentric. Did you get results you wanted from program?? My concern is leg portion is going to shrink my hips and butt that I need to appear more shapely and proportioned once I lose/ tone abs. Help a struggling fellow apple shape.
Haha the Apple problems are real! It’s so difficult to know how it will effect others. My butt and legs were bigger than they are now - which I don’t mind. I think they are big because I did so much weight lifting. I find overall my entire body is much more balanced and proportionate - so that even though my butt is smaller, it’s still better. But again, I was doing so much weight lifting that they were probably bigger for the reason and didn’t shrink from meta rather they shrunk bc I wasn’t bulking.
Thank you for your videos. They have been very helpful. Question: I did meta days 1-10, but can barely do days 11-20. Does that mean I need to go back and repeat days 1-10 until I'm ready to advance?
Hey Angelique! If you can push through and try to continue mastering the moves. Just about every level I would start with the mindset “holy moly, there is no way I can do this” and by the end of the 10 days I was actually LIKING the moves I had previously HATED. That’s kind of the magic of the program in my opinion- you learn “I CAN DO HARD THINGS.” I hope that helps ❤️
@@RundownwithRachel Wow, ok. Did Metamorphosis days 1-10. I must say it is a complete workout, doesn't take long and just works. I love how there is a bit of everything and i love how calm and composed Tracey is. I then did Cardio of beginners straight after and woo hoo, it is actually fun and not that hard and I even like the music. Thank you Rachel for your videos and encouragement and thorough assessment
Hi love! There was a period that my cellulite got worse before it got better. But that has happened to me before so I hoped it would subside and it did! Another tip from a Tracy Anderson trainer was to do dance cardio BEFORE the mat workout - as it’s said to help tighten the skin.
@@BaharGlbahar of course! And thank YOU for commenting I’ve been meaning to put together a video dedicated to cellulite - it is so tricky! I find that mine gets worse better depending on how hydrated I am, how sedentary I am and I’m sure there are other factors that play into it. But what absolutely helps aside from being active and drinking water is dry brushing
Ok, it' official....the Meta cardio has destroyed both my ankles and one knee :( after 2 weeks of TA cardio, my ankles (every single joint) hurt even when I walk....I used to do light jogging, but none of that can happen now.... :( I'm still doing the muscular structuring 5 times a week, and will continue until the end of level 3.... but her cardio no more! I actually am going to see someone for my ankles...:( Hope I can get my healthy ankles back!
@@RundownwithRachel Thanks so much for your reply Rachel! ❤️ And what bugs me is that I used to dance a lot (before the pandemic hit), and I did HIIT often before I started TA Meta....so, not sure what's happening here... and I'm pretty athletic (113lb...with 15% fat).... just that little pooch is getting on my nerve and think TA method can help with that....I will not do the cardio, but keep on the muscular structuring....and hey, maybe invest on a mini trampoline....sounds like fun! :)
