Disgusting! My dad was in the air force but couldn't fly because of his color blindness. So Instead he was a Cook for 4 years. This was 1949-1953. He earned his HS diploma and 2 college degrees in that time frame. Made him a better business man. He went into the oil field after the military and eventually had 3 of his own businesses. He passed away in 1986. But I'm pretty sure he would be disgusting to see what used to be to what is now in the military.

My son, who graduated high school in 2020, was planning his entire life to join the army. We talked and prayed about it, and he decided not to go. Stuff like this and the politics of the higher ups was the reason. Allowing this stuff will destroy the military.

People look at this in all the wrong ways. Recruitment has been low long before all the pride stuff in the military. People used to join for a sense of honor and belief they were defending the nation. After Vietnam american families realized that the war machine had no motivation for peace or doing what is right. It was all about money and gains. So families no longer encouraged the youth to follow in traditional footsteps. A military does not value life, doing the transition stuff is a motivator to convince those that can't think for themselves. Our military has become a tool for the socialist left.

They can find these surgeries and throw money to Ukraine and wars, but can’t help the veterans out?!

My son had allergies, ADHD, and mild asthma but passed all the physical requirements and also went through special forces training. He did have a bachelor’s degree before he entered the Army and served 8 years. His only medications were oral antihistamines. If your son had anaphylactic reactions then that might be why he was rejected.

But, the PT test failure may identify as a PT test stud; the heavy boys may identify as skinny boys (or skinny girls). They can just walk into their base clinic and get the shrink to approve their rewritten PT scorecard or their height and weight records. Just call it PTTD (PT Test Dysphoria) and HWSD (Height and Weight Standards Dysphoria).

Shouldnt be a different pt test for men and women. If they cant pass the pt test then they dont belong in the military period. Military isnt for the weak.

The US AF PT reg says once the person transitions, they have to complete the PT test as their new sex. A trans male is probably going to struggle against the male standards. While the transfemale with completed transition should find the female PT test easier.

Then should you try to enforce the appropriate standards they file a EO complaint so everyone backs off as they don’t want to deal with the politics of it.
